This is purely on customer service. We needed Flooring and bathroom quotes - we found them at the JC Arts festival. They called within a week to schedule our appt. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. They spent quite a bit of time taking videos and measurements. We tried to get an estimate or ballpark of the cost but they could not give us any numbers. We then spent another 30-40 mins taking videos of my bathroom area, still couldn't give us a price range. We were supposed to hear back within the following days....and no follow up, no call, no estimate. Now I am curious whatever happened to all those videos taken during the hr they spent at our home.

I hired FCI of Alpharetta to install an hardwood floor in my new construction custom home in Marietta. Eric took the time to come to the house and sort through all of the options for flooring. We finally narrowed it down to a great looking spec from “Real Wood Floors”. Finding the happy medium between quality-of-product and price-point was an huge sticking point of mine and he was able to fit it all in the budget! Eric and his team were fantastic and responsive to my questions and concerns all along the process. I highly recommend them for any flooring project! Thanks guys
