My floors were installed by another gentleman who had passed away and Eric now owns the company. He has worked with me to resolve an issue with one of the board's on my flooring even though he was not the one who did the install. It says something when a company steps up and fixes an issue when it was not their problem to begin with. Johnny , the installer was absolutely wonderful on time and friendly. If you're looking to get your floors redone , these are the guys to call!

Eric and his team went above and beyond on our carpet runner install. Greg helped us pick a fabric that was the best quality for having kids and pets in the home and within our budget. The day of install Eric made sure to keep communication and everyone showed up on time. Laurie the designer was friendly and professional, explaining each step before install. Ivan the installer did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend FCI.

I was nervous about the process of getting new carpet and all that was involved, and Eric and his team at Floor Covering International made the process so easy and I was confident that all would go well. FCI did a great job replacing the carpet and modernizing our stairs. Eric was very communicative and had a lot of good ideas on ways to get the look we wanted. Radu’s team did an exceptional job with the carpentry and Ivan’s team was quick and efficient with the carpet install. We also had this team previously recarpet several rooms in our house and we are so happy with the quality of the installation and the carpet itself. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs flooring work done.

We used Floor Coverings International to install a runner on our stairs last year. When we decided to add tile to refresh our kitchen and laundry this summer, they were the obvious choice to call again. Eric’s designer resources helped us select tile that blends beautifully with our other flooring. His contractor network also helped us replace a door and moulding to complete the space. It’s been refreshing to work with a home improvement business that’s truly committed to its clients’ satisfaction and quality results.

We wanted to replace the carpet in the house we just bought. Our RE agent recommended FCI. The next day, Greg came out and walked us through the options. It was installed at a day convenient to us by two very hard workers. The color we selected really brightened up the stairs and whole second floor. The owner even came out the day of installation! Highly recommend this company.

This is purely on customer service. We needed Flooring and bathroom quotes - we found them at the JC Arts festival. They called within a week to schedule our appt. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. They spent quite a bit of time taking videos and measurements. We tried to get an estimate or ballpark of the cost but they could not give us any numbers. We then spent another 30-40 mins taking videos of my bathroom area, still couldn't give us a price range. We were supposed to hear back within the following days....and no follow up, no call, no estimate. Now I am curious whatever happened to all those videos taken during the hr they spent at our home.
