Our experience with Floor Coverings international was exceptionally good. Eric helped us get started and was knowledgeable and friendly. When we selected our carpet, we worked with Laurie, and she was outstanding! She came to our home several times with carpet samples and boards, and patiently helped us select the absolute right carpet for our staircase. The carpet looks so beautiful on our staircase! Ivan and his partner did a fantastic job laying down and setting the carpet, and the results were just what we wanted. The new carpet adds value to our home and looks extremely good! We highly recommend Eric and Floor Coverings International for every carpet need. They do it all, and they make it so simple for the customer.

We had a great experience working with Eric when we installed new hardwoods, refinished existing hardwood and replaced the carpet in one room. It was a big job! From our first meeting, Eric was top notch. He’s knowledgeable, professional and very relatable. He listened to our needs, made multiple trips to bring carpet samples and make sure hardwood stains were right. His wood installer is awesome. We met him several times before and after the job, as we planned the installation for when we were out of the country. Eric and his team did a wonderful job, start to finish and I highly recommend him!

My floors were installed by another gentleman who had passed away and Eric now owns the company. He has worked with me to resolve an issue with one of the board's on my flooring even though he was not the one who did the install. It says something when a company steps up and fixes an issue when it was not their problem to begin with. Johnny , the installer was absolutely wonderful on time and friendly. If you're looking to get your floors redone , these are the guys to call!

Eric and his team went above and beyond on our carpet runner install. Greg helped us pick a fabric that was the best quality for having kids and pets in the home and within our budget. The day of install Eric made sure to keep communication and everyone showed up on time. Laurie the designer was friendly and professional, explaining each step before install. Ivan the installer did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend FCI.

I was nervous about the process of getting new carpet and all that was involved, and Eric and his team at Floor Covering International made the process so easy and I was confident that all would go well. Everything looks amazing and I would not hesitate to use this team again in the future! The installers were courteous and handled everything, including a nice cleanup at the end.
