"Our journey with Scott and Patricia Baldwin started the day we found their company on the Internet. Originally, we were looking for someone who could help use match already existing Laminate Flooring in our home. With their help it was determined the Laminate was no longer available, which led us to our venture together to find a new Laminate for our home. We were a bit of a hard case for them as in our minds we thought we wanted a Laminate as close to what we already had in our home. We first met Scott when he came to our home first of all to introduce himself, take measurements and lastly provide us with many samples of flooring to consider and give him a better Idea of the color and style we wanted. To say the least, we were a challenge for him, because we were stuck on having a flooring similar to what we had. After much due diligence on his part to find us the perfect flooring we through him a curve ball and did a complete one eighty and chose a Laminate with the movement in pattern we were looking for, but a completely different color. Once we made a decision, Scott and Patricia moved forward quickly to purchase the Laminate, secure it in their Warehouse and work with us to find a date for installation that was amicable for all. Their crew of installers arrived at our home at 7:00 am in the morning and by that evening the job was completed with a few exceptions, because we had decided to have all our baseboards replaced by them also. They removed all current floors coverings down to the concrete and prepared all floors for the new installation. We could not be happier with Scott and Patricia. They were very professional, great to work with, accommodating and we would highly recommend them and the quality of their work to anyone."
