These guys installed hardwood floors in a large portion of my home. In the process, they also removed the old carpet and tile. After spending several months looking at options, reading reviews, and meeting with providers, I finally settled on Floor Coverings International. I couldn't be happier with the decision. Kent was very helpful and patient as we selected our floor product. He offered several great ideas and some excellent advice that really worked out well. The installer was a true craftsman that took pride in his work. The job wasn't rushed, and attention was paid to the details. Just as importantly, it was a pleasure to have him in our home. It was great to work with a local company that takes pride in their work and treats their customers so well. The end product not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

The Crew that re-tiled our Master Bath were very professional and helpful in offering suggestion to the project. The work that they did was very detailed and precise. They took their time to get the job right and did rush or take short cuts. They did custom work and I am very satisfied with the completed job. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to any one. They delivered on all of their promises. (Score 10 out of 10)

Very poor customer service. The "owner" said he would email me a quote. The email never came. After two days I called them and left a message. I still didn't get the email. The next morning I called again and was finally sent the quote. But by that time (3 days later) they were "booked up and too busy" to do any work for 13 days. Not impressed. Took my business elsewhere where the matched the quote and did the job in 3 days.

I will definitely recommend Floor Coverings International. Very professional and quick response. Our home feels like a brand new house after all the work they did with our wooden floors in the largest portions of our house, stairs and new carpet in the kids bedroom. From the owners, Kent and Penny to the installers all made us feel very comfortable. The installer of the wooden floor, Mr. Wilson, showed his tremendous skill by the way he made our floors look fabulous. He took his time and was not rushed at all.

I LOVE this company and we could NOT be happier with the personal attention that they gave us. They treated us like family and were honest and kind each time we were in contact with them. I would recommend them to ANYONE and can promise you will feel their customer service the moment they step in your home. We had a lot of companies come to give us a quote and the quality of their floor, backed with their honest sales delivery was second to NONE. The other flooring companies have a ton of commercials promising all sorts of things they could never deliver and what you see is what you get with Floor Coverings Intl. The young man, Ashton that sold us the floor could NOT have been more professional. WE fell in love him the minute he shook our hands and introduced himself. He wasn't the typical pushy sales person and the floor quality sells itself. He is such an asset to your company, I Hope you never lose him! Bravo! Kent, himself came to our house more than 4-5 times just to be sure we had everything we needed and were happy. What a wonderful person as well! WOW! The Installer, Wilson was top of the line and incredibly talented. By the end, he was an honorary member of our family. He was positive and ready to work with a smile each day. He works so hard and does so great! My only concern was that he needed more help to complete the project, it took longer than we thought, but the outcome made it all well worth it. He needs a raise! THANK YOU Floor Coverings Intl. You are the BEST in the Business by FAR! I HATE spending a lot of money, as I'm frugal and then some, but the quality of the floor and the service you provide make improving our house with your floors worth every hard earned penny! DO NOT hesitate to use this company, you will be HAPPY YOU DID!

From beginning to end, the experience with Floor Coverings International was superior. I enjoyed meeting with Ashton and discussing my needs and concerns. He followed through completely and when a tile I wanted was not available he chose alternate tiles that were perfect. The Hardwood installer, Wilson was above and beyond one of the most thorough and conscientious people I have met. My floors are simply gorgeous. Carlos and his team installed the tile with such precision and attention to detail. Carlos even had them redo a small part in the kitchen to make it more uniform for when the Hardwood floors would be placed. The carpet installers were fantastic and quick. The rooms with the carpet look beautiful. The whole house feels brand new. One other thing, Kent, the owner, came by 3 three times to check on the progress and work being done. I am very impressed with Floor Coverings International and would highly recommend them to anyone.
