We recently had laminate flooring installed in all of our bedrooms by Floor Coverings International (Winter Garden), and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! From the initial consultation, Mario was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He brought several flooring samples to our home, took the time to explain the options, and helped us choose the perfect laminate flooring for our needs and style. The installation team, Eliandro and Marcos, did an outstanding job. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the project. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and the finished floors look absolutely beautiful. (Late entry)- From the introduction to the final walk through, Mario was very thorough and responsive to any questions and/or details concerning our installation. His team, Matthew and Hugo, showed up on time everyday, very helpful with moving furniture, and very clean. I would HIGHLY recommend using this team to any flooring needs. Great overall experience.

Having FCI carpet experience was outstanding. We had a very professional team with Mario and Jorge. Jorge did a great job installing the carpet, ensuring a good fit, explaining everything, and was very diligent. And on top of that, he was very very pleasant. I want him to do our second floor now 😊 Mario was super helpful, pleasant, and not pushy at all. He followed up on every detail and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend you work with these guys.. we will be again 😊

This is my 3rd flooring project I’ve done with Floor Coverings International. They have a great product, know what they are doing and are very cooperative to work with. They stay on schedule and clean up when they are done. I highly recommend them!
