From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and personalized. Our salesman, Mario, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He made the entire selection process easy and even enjoyable—offering great advice and ensuring we felt confident in our choice. The installation crew, led by Jenner, was equally impressive. Jenner and his team were punctual, courteous, and incredibly hard-working. They treated our home with care and respect, and their attention to detail was evident in the final result. The carpet looks beautiful and was installed flawlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the level of service we received. Mario was our contact who patiently explained the process and viewing of the samples. The day of scheduled installation had an issue with the Van. Mario coordinated another installer who arrived later . Sam and Luis were amazing moving the furniture and installation went well. we had 15 family members for Father’s day who all approved the choice. Thank you

Carpet install was fine. The tile work was poor quality and they were unable or unwilling to fix it. Based on how they ghosted me and refused to fix the underlying issue, I would avoid them altogether.
