We recently had new carpets installed by Floor Coverings International in 4 of our bedrooms. Mario Izquierdo came to our house and detailed our options. He was excellent in helping us pick out just the right carpets, and he was great in answering all of our questions and concerns. Jenner, Javi, and Joel installed the carpets expertly and also did a great job in all respects. Everyone from Floor Coverings International Winter Garden was professional, and all showed a tremendous attention to detail. We recommend them without hesitation!

Great product and service with Floor Coverings International! We got our flooring through Costco Services. We called up the company Costco uses and recommended and was not disappointed. Mario was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions. Penny and Kent handled all the paperwork and finances and was very responsive, helpful and kind. Our installer Danillo did a great job installing the flooring. We have needed to replace our carpet for quite some time and wanted to go with Vinyl flooring. We are very happy about our new flooring and wanted to say thank you to Mario, and the entire Floor Coverings International team, for making my home look so much better. We love the floors. It exceeded my expectations. My daughter with the grand kids just stayed all week with us and loved them as well. Everyone that comes over I have taken and shown them. lol Mario our salesman was the best. He showed us many great options and carefully explained the benefits of them all. We signed up that day. We had a very challenging floor in our building in Orlando - a home converted to an office that was built in the 1930;s. Mario was great to work with and he had to pivot several times because the more work they did, the more hidden items they uncovered and had to make adjustments. He stayed on top of the job and it was still completed on schedule! We will use them for all our business and personal future flooring needs.

Best experience we could have hoped for. We have needed to replace our carpet for quite some time. (Kids, dogs, builder grade carpet). Mario came in, brought options based on our conversation and nailed it. The installers were professional, on time and did a fantastic job. Our home has been transformed with our new floors. Floor Coverings International provided me with excellent selection for my new LVP & carpet made in the USA! Total installation over two days per my request and at my preferred dates and times was appreciated. Final inspection was completed with minor concerns regarding detail work. Not a problem for FCI the owner came out to my home, and completed the details I wanted. This was an amazing experience and I am glad I chose FCI over the big box retailers. Thanks to all who provided excellent service and product. I love my flooring!

Had FCI come to my home for a carpet bid. Team showed up late with no contact, not a good start. 2 guys came in, they did the measuring, went on-and-on about how they are best and how one guy had years of experience as installer. They brought samples in but wanted to sit at the dining roomtable to continue this hard sales pitch. Finally got to pick out the carpet. They provided the bid which was much higher for the same materials/job as compared to other competitors. Week or so later they reached back out stating the price went down, thought that was odd but we decided to go with them. They followed up stating they made a mistake so now the price went up by 35%! Quite frankly that’s not a mistake I could look past. I didn’t have confidence that the price is the price with this back-and-forth, it just looks poor that an “experinced” vendor would have mistakes to this effect. Went with an another vendor that did a perfect job for almost half the price for the exact same carpet.

One of the worst carpet experiences. If I could give them zero stars, I simply would. Carson and Sean showed up to my house and they were more concerned about how a 0.1 of a star difference sets them apart from the other carpet dealers rather than showing me samples. Finally decided on a carpet and the price changed not once, not twice, but three times after the owner Kent realized he wasn’t making any money. I would never recommend this place, the customer service quality it not something that is acceptable.

I needed a bedroom floor repaired, but the damage was larger than was apparent and the existing flooring was discontinued. Mario was recommended to me and made the replacement process very easy. He helped me choose a style and color that closely matched the flooring throughout the house that was in my budget and kept me updated on scheduling the installation. The installers, Nick and Kaden were very professional and thorough. They made sure that everything was to my satisfaction and left nothing out of place. I would definitely contact Floor Coverings International for my future flooring needs.

Would absolutely recommend this company for any flooring projects. Mario did an excellent job communicating the process and going over our flooring options. I was referred to "Floor Coverings International" and I'm so happy I made that call! The first call with Mario Izquierdo, who is so easy to talk to, very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and really tries to help the customer pick out what will work best for them and is mindful of their situation, to receiving that call saying your carpets are in, the guys were amazing, pleasant, respectful, worked in a timely manner and had the carpets in and looking/feeling great in 2 days, to the walk thru on my nice, new, soft, cushioned carpets!! I highly recommend this company and working with Mario!!! (They are also Great with their prices and the guys will move some of the furniture)
