We had a fantastic experience with our floor installation! Mario and Madson were both professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. They took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly and kept the work area clean throughout the process. The finished floors look absolutely amazing and completely transformed our space. Horrible carpet company. We told the company to keep the old carpet because we are giving it away to a friend that wanted it. They cut the carpet up and it was not usable! horrible company!

We hired this company to install carpet on our stairs and upstairs prior to moving into our home. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a series of avoidable problems and repeated service calls. After our furniture was moved in, we discovered that in two rooms the padding installed was not the high-end padding we had purchased. We were not notified of any change beforehand. We then had to remove all furniture so the carpet could be pulled up and the correct padding installed, a disruption that should never have occurred. The installation quality raised additional concerns: * The carpet on the stairs was not properly secured along the sides, leaving exposed tacks that we were stepping on. * Several areas near doorways were not stretched or anchored correctly, causing looseness and ripples that required another visit to fix. * During a later repair, workers scuffed the painted stair walls with their boots and tools, requiring repainting. When we later moved out, a neighbor hoped to reuse the carpet. We were initially told it could be removed intact. The installation used standard tack strips (no glue), the rooms were empty, and we had previously lifted sections ourselves without difficulty. However, we were later told it had been cut into unusable pieces and could not be provided as expected, and it was ultimately disposed of without prior communication. We also had them return once to re-attach sections after we had unrolled part of the carpet to air it out. When we asked whether a discount was possible due to the prior issues, the quoted "discounted" price was comparable to standard quotes from other companies. While the office staff and management were courteous, the installation quality, communication, and follow-through created significant extra work and frustration. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company. These statements are factual and documented. We gave multiple opportunities to correct the issues. This review reflects our experience.

Felipe and Mário's work involved demolition followed by the installation of my bathroom. The care they took with everything was incredible, from dust protection to the final touches! I would recommend them without a doubt.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Initial consultation with Mario was friendly, informative, and didn’t feel “salesy” whatsoever. Once we signed the agreement, scheduling was easy and on the day of, Jenner and his team did professional, VERY efficient installation of our new carpet across two bedrooms and closets, and our master bedroom. Most importantly, upgrading from builder quality carpet to top-line materials (and foam liner) has already made a world of difference and I’m glad we made this update with Floor Coverings International!

Kevin did a great job showing us us carpet samples after I explained what I was looking for. We picked the carpet then moved onto the pad and he showed me what I was looking for. Then we moved onto the pad and I got the one that I wanted. Then we did the contract and made payment and the process moved along smoothly. Then Alex emailed about delivery and install. The install team led by Jonner did a great job removing the old carpet then installed the new carpet. It looked great when they finished it and they did a great job cleaning everything up too.
