"We had a very tight timeframe for getting carpet installed due to the sale of the house. Our sales person worked with us and our timeframe. A few days later, Max (Production Coordinator), let me know they couldn't get the particular carpet in timely, but we worked quickly to get another carpet that I liked equally, and he was even able to move the date up for install. We had another hiccup wherein the closet wasn't accounted for in the measurements, but Liz (owner) stepped in to ensure it was all taken care of within the very tight timeframe needed. And, the carpet is great!! So, great product and fantastic staff/owner! We really appreciated them doing all they did to ensure the job was completed timely and to our satisfaction. They really worked hard! As a side note, while the padding is decent, if you really want it cushy under your feet, I'd suggest upgrading the padding. If we have future carpeting needs, we'll be sure to call FCI."

They were great the day of demo/install and met with us with the contractor to put a plan together, which was really nice. The also checked in at the end of the first day for progress. Melissa came in with samples and ideas and was able to help us narrow down our choices. She was efficient and very good at helping us visualize our options.
