"FCI of Old Town Scottsdale really came through for us! One of our rental homes was recently left in seriously distressed condition following a long-term renter moving out. We had a lot to do and not a lot of time. Tracy met us at the house the very next morning to assess and take some measurements. Two days later, he came back with flooring samples. While he had an entire van full of samples available for us to peruse, he brought in just a few at first - including good, better, best options - based on what he thought would work well in the house. We really liked his recommendations and ended up choosing from what he brought in on the first try (this also really helped us with decision fatigue with all of the other issues we were dealing with while restoring the house). His team removed all of our existing flooring and baseboards and installed LVP, carpet and new baseboards throughout the house. They were friendly, professional and eager to exceed our expectations. They completed the project quickly and to our satisfaction. They left the house clean and ready to show. We really appreciated the ease and convenience of working with them - it made a very stressful time less so.
