The experience was positive from the beginning to the end Denise is amazing. From the order to installation. Brad was our installer. He was so careful with the furniture and respectful of the home. He didn't take a brake. He arrived at 9:10, and left at 3:10. No lunch or breaks. I would highly recommend. I again want to compliment Denise. Her level of service is something we don't see anymore. She's a breath.of fresh air.

From the first meeting with FCI, it was a pleasure working/dealing with them. The Salesman was honest and came through with everything he promised. The installation crew were very engaging as they answered all our questions as the installation progressed as well as general chit chat.
