Everything about the process from selection of flooring to installation was flawless. The staff were so helpful and installers very efficient and friendly. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Floor Coverings International and I give 5 stars for both experiences. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new flooring from Floor Coverings International. The entire experience has been wonderful. To begin with, the sales rep, Daniel, is an excellent communicator. He took his time showing us many samples of the flooring we were interested in and was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every question we had about our flooring. We received his quote very quickly, and it was substantially less than the other theee companies we had gotten quotes from. After we signed the contract, he was so great about communicating through text (and phone calls as needed). The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, and very observant. They alerted me to three different areas that needed to be fixed before the new floor went down to insure a quality install. They listened to all of my requests and made sure to take care of anything I asked of them before they left each day so that I could start moving my furniture back into place. They worked hard and made sure the job was done properly. (And let me just say that those guys have some really strong backs to be able to move the furniture and appliances in my home!). They left everything better than it was when they arrived! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring. Thanks so much!

Carpet was very nice- it is very soft and thick- the men that laid the carpet worked fast and hard. The man that came to our house to evaluate what was needed did a great job showing us the various styles and thickness of carpets.

We are completely satisfied with our decision to use FCI. From quote walk-thru to the 3rd day of installation, it couldn't have gone better. If you're lucky you hear the installers singing while they work!

I recently had carpet installed by this company and could not be happier with the experience. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they made everything simple and stress-free. The installers did an outstanding job. The finished product looks amazing. I had a fantastic experience with the team from Floor Coverings International! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. My main concern going into the project was my dogs getting out of the gate, but the workers were incredibly thoughtful and diligent about keeping an eye on it throughout the entire process. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and took great care to clean up after themselves, leaving my home in perfect condition. To top it off, the job was completed ahead of schedule, and I am absolutely thrilled with the final result. I’ve already shared pictures with all my friends and family—I couldn't be happier with my new floors!
