I am extremely pleased with the professionalism, and the kind demeanor present by the father and son team that carpeted our master bedroom. Over the years I've had several carpets replace and this was by far my best experience. I thought we would at least have to vacuum and dust, but they cleaned as they worked. I know that there is a seam somewhere, but I cannot find it. We have extremely heavy furniture, but they removed it and put in back in place with ease! Should I need carpet again, I will certainly call them!

Everything about the process from selection of flooring to installation was flawless. The staff were so helpful and installers very efficient and friendly. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Floor Coverings International and I give 5 stars for both experiences. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new flooring from Floor Coverings International. The entire experience has been wonderful. To begin with, the sales rep, Daniel, is an excellent communicator. He took his time showing us many samples of the flooring we were interested in and was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every question we had about our flooring. We received his quote very quickly, and it was substantially less than the other theee companies we had gotten quotes from. After we signed the contract, he was so great about communicating through text (and phone calls as needed). The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, and very observant. They alerted me to three different areas that needed to be fixed before the new floor went down to insure a quality install. They listened to all of my requests and made sure to take care of anything I asked of them before they left each day so that I could start moving my furniture back into place. They worked hard and made sure the job was done properly. (And let me just say that those guys have some really strong backs to be able to move the furniture and appliances in my home!). They left everything better than it was when they arrived! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring. Thanks so much!

Carpet was very nice- it is very soft and thick- the men that laid the carpet worked fast and hard. The man that came to our house to evaluate what was needed did a great job showing us the various styles and thickness of carpets.
