They arrived exactly when they said they would, and worked diligently throughout the day until completion! The finished results were of the best quality in workmanship! Isaac and his team were amazing to work with. The process was much less stressful from start to finish than any box store I’ve dealt with in the past. Isaac listened to my needs and concerns and was very knowledgeable when it came to picking out the perfect flooring. His team showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards and the end result is beautiful. I would highly recommend!

From my first contact with FCI until the completion of the project, I couldn't be more pleased. Office manager Begail arranged my appointment with the designer to meet my request. Designer Daniel was very helpful in listening to my needs and helping to move the project along. Project manager Adam did exactly what the website said he would do. He came by multiple times to check progress and make sure all of my concerns were met. Installation crew was top notch. They arrived on time and did their job, treating me and my home with the care and respect one would hope for in a project like this. I highly recommend this company.
