⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding — They Went Above and Beyond for Our Family I cannot say enough good things about Floor Coverings International Wellington and the way they handled what was a very unique and urgent situation for my wife and me. We have two geriatric dogs who unfortunately have begun having trouble walking, and our vinyl floors had become extremely difficult for them to navigate. They were constantly slipping, and we genuinely felt like we were one bad fall away from a disaster. We made the decision that we needed to carpet our home, and we needed to do it as quickly as possible. The problem was that our situation wasn’t exactly straightforward. We had some very unique requests for how we wanted the carpet installed, and when we contacted the big-box stores, we couldn’t even get someone to come out and speak with us for 2–3 weeks. Then we found Floor Coverings International Wellington. Literally the very next day, they had a designer at our home. That’s when we met Glenn, and from the beginning, he was phenomenal. He listened to every one of my needs and concerns, took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and came prepared with samples, suggestions, and solutions. Most importantly, he never made my unusual design requests feel like a problem. Glenn made me feel confident that what I envisioned was absolutely possible and that Floor Coverings International Wellington was the company that could make it happen. Then came Ed Walsh, the owner, and this is where the level of customer service truly went above and beyond. I explained to Ed that this wasn’t simply a home improvement project for us. It was an urgent situation because of our dogs, and every additional day on those slippery floors was another opportunity for one of them to get seriously hurt. Ed understood that, took our situation personally, and made us a priority. Instead of the typical 2–3 week wait for installation, Ed somehow made it happen just ONE WEEK after our initial design appointment. Not only that, but he made sure he sent his best crew to handle the installation and our unique requests. The installation team was incredible. They worked unbelievably fast without sacrificing quality, handled everything we asked for, and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The finished product came out fantastic. The difference it has made for our dogs—and honestly for our entire home—is incredible. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. From Glenn coming out the very next day, to Ed personally making our situation a priority, to the installation crew getting the job done quickly and beautifully, Floor Coverings International Wellington exceeded every expectation we had. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. They didn’t just sell us carpet—they listened to our situation, understood why it mattered, and did everything they could to help our family when we needed it. I am incredibly grateful that we found them, and I would recommend Floor Coverings International Wellington, Ed Walsh, Glenn, and their entire team without hesitation. If you’re considering new flooring, give them a call. I’m certainly glad we did—and I think you will be too.

We booked a job with Aiden, he had a lot of great floor samples to pick from and Aiden really took his time and let us choice the right one. The job was completed a few weeks later. We did our whole downstairs, it included demo of tile and carpet removal. The job was completed in 6 days and they did an excellent job. We are very happy with the final result & would definitely recommend using them for any flooring needs.

I couldn't be happier with my guest bedroom flooring installation! The team was on time, professional, and did an excellent job from start to finish. Unfortunately, I hadn't purchased enough flooring to complete the project, but they were very accommodating and returned after I received the additional material to finish the installation. The final result exceeded my expectations, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I truly appreciate their reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail. I had an amazing experience with Floor coverings international. I recently hired the company to remove carpeting and tile 2 bedrooms. Wow!! I them and Aidan the project manager is a true professional and an asset to the company. He was thorough showed me the various products available and offered great suggestions as to which one would work and look best with the other tiled rooms. Aidan explained the timeline from ordering the products to finish and kept me informed from start to finish. Aidan communicated clearly throughout the entire process and finished the job exactly as promised. Christiano is definitely an expert at tiling. He did an excellent job. I made a mistake. I got a quote from Floor Coverings International. I got one from my contractor who was doing all the other renovations at my house. I went with my contractor. That was my mistake. They did it wrong. After a couple of weeks of hassle, I ended up calling Floor Coverings International. They came they came in, pulled up what was done wrong, leveled the floor correctly, put in my new flooring and was done with my whole house in two days. The floor is fantastic. The crew was fantastic. If I ever need another floor, they’re the ones I’m going to use.

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International! Aidan and his team were amazing to work with, start to finish.
