We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International here in Fredericksburg. Danielle and Jack were both fantastic to work with. Professional , knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best option for our home. The in-home consultation made a huge difference. Being able to see the LVP samples in our actual lighting helped us feel confident in our choice, especially for our kitchen, living room, and basement. The installation process was smooth, on time, and very well done. The crew was respectful of our home and paid great attention to detail. The finished floors look absolutely incredible and completely transformed our space. We’ve already gotten so many compliments! If you’re in the Fredericksburg area and considering new flooring, I highly recommend reaching out to them. You won’t regret it!

Finding reliable, fair help feels like a challenge these days, which is why I value reviews as a tool to reward honest work and help others find the right people. We recently hired Floor Coverings International to pull up carpet and install hardwood flooring in one of our rooms. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, these guys were total pros. They were punctual, worked quickly, and kept a very neat workspace. The finished product wasn't just perfect—it was spotless. They left the room so clean it was as if they’d never been there. The speed of their work was astounding given the high quality of the result. Furthermore, their pricing is very reasonable; they provide a fair estimate and stick to it without any 'bloated' hidden costs. As you can see from my review history, I only give five stars when they are truly earned. These guys definitely earned them.

Floor Coverings International did an incredible job with my new LVP floors! Right from the start, Justin showed up on time with an array of flooring from which to choose. Justin, the owner, is friendly and communicated with me throughout the project on every aspect. Drew let me know timing of the project down to the last detail. Diego oversaw the work from start to finish and did the final walkthrough. Sebastian is an absolute artist when it comes to finish work on difficult stairs and put a unique touch on the baseboards. The crew showed up on time each day to lay the flooring and were neat and clean in their work. Just one final word about Justin. He's a wealth of resources when it comes to finding contractors, cleaning crews, and even an insurance broker on an unrelated property. I can't say enough good things about this company. Don't look anywhere else!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with Floor Coverings International!! From start to finish they were respectful, upfront, and honest. The flooring arrived quickly and they were able to get the floor installed the same week and only took 1 day to complete! Excellent costumer service all around. I am sharing my experience to help other homeowners make an informed decision.I hired Floor Coverings International for a carpet installation project in my home, which cost approximately $12,000.After the installation, I identified several serious issues, including:* Uneven and bumpy carpet surfaces throughout multiple areas* Visible gaps and uneven seams* Damage caused to the stairs during installation* Overall workmanship that does not meet basic professional installation standardsAfter discovering these issues, I contacted the company multiple times to request repair or reinstallation. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve the situation were not successful, and I did not receive a meaningful response or solution. The local office also appears to be unresponsive or no longer operating.I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the issue remained unresolved.

Highly recommend this company. Anthony helped us from start to finish and gave us tons of options to choose from, LVP, hardwood, carpet, tile, they do it all. We will definitely be using them again both for our home as well as for our business. The installation was quick and professional and Anthony was easy to reach whenever we had questions. He even came out to our house for our initial estimate! We really got a great value and the end result was gorgeous.
