Floor Coverings International installed my floors on timeline and in a professional manner. The project manager and crews really did a nice job and were very responsive to my questions and concerns during and after the project, for that I'm giving them 5 stars. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is when I met with the owner to go over the flooring and final price, nothing was mentioned of a 1,500$ change order that could or would be added after demo was done. It was to level the floors which is understandable, but nothing was mentioned when we agree on the final price. She made it seem the final number was the final number and once I received another bill, I felt a little duped. Before money was exchanged, I was able to contact the owner with questions, and she was very responsive, after, no response to text or phone calls. The owners a saleswomen as any good saleswoman does, quickly skips over the additional cost that could incur over the project, like resetting your toilet after the floors are installed. Again, they did a very nice job and I'm very happy with my floors. Project manager and crews were great. The owner just left me feeling used, like once money was exchanged I was no longer important enough to return a call or text. Would i recommend, yes, but be sure to go over ever detail of expense in excoriating detail before you sign the dotted line

I had an excellent experience working with Shona. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to carefully assess our flooring situation, explain every option available to us, and answer all of our questions with patience and transparency. Even though we ultimately did not move forward due to circumstances outside of their control, I was extremely impressed by the quality of service we received. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused professionals. Truly a wonderful experience.

FCI put new flooring in on my yacht. Not an easy task with all of the hatches that needed access and working on a moving boat! They did a FANTASTIC job! I also had a timeline which they made with time to spare! I highly recommend them!

I spoke initially with the owner Reid, him and his team led by Traci came in and tore out our old flooring and replaced it with Luxury Vinyl Plank! It really changed the outdated look of our office at our brand new location for Grander Marine in St. Petersburg! Excellent communication and were able to meet our expedited timeline and work around our painters.
