We recently hired Floor Coverings International of St. Augustine to replace the carpet in our home office, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and master closet with Shaw Paragon 7 Plus LVP in Cut Pine. From the beginning, Jim was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and helped us select flooring that complemented the existing vinyl throughout our home. The installation crew was courteous, hardworking, and paid attention to detail. What impressed me most was how they handled a concern after the initial installation. We noticed a soft spot in one area of the office floor, and rather than making excuses, they came back, pulled up the flooring, corrected the low spot, and reinstalled it properly. The final result looks outstanding. The flooring transitions are clean, the rooms flow seamlessly with the rest of the house, and the workmanship is excellent. Just as important, Floor Coverings International stood behind their work and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend Floor Coverings International of St. Augustine to anyone looking for quality flooring, professional installation, and customer service that continues after the sale.

I did my research and found the right company. Jim was excellent in his no pressure sales and made many trips to the house to match us up with exactly what we wanted in LVP. I highly recommend Floor Covering International of St Augustine. They treated us as if we were there only customer. We had Hard Wood taken up and LVP put down and it couldn't have gone better.
