Roger and the entire team at Floor Covering exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I would absolutely hire them again for any future flooring projects. The entire process was straightforward, organized, and professionally managed. Roger was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, hospitable, and an excellent communicator who kept me informed every step of the way. From the initial consultation and scheduling to the installation crew, every member of the team was respectful, courteous, and took great pride in their work. The quality of the installation was excellent, and the finished flooring looks amazing. We unfortunately had a bad experience with some tenants but thanks to Roger and his team, they gave me the peace of mind to get my property back into beautiful conditions. I confidently give Floor Covering more than 5 stars for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship. Thank you for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I look forward to working with you again on future properties!

I called them because I had the tile and just wanted the installation. Roger call me right away and came to my home to do the quote. He was really professional and friendly. The pricing was competitive and the result of the installation was impressive. Diego the installer was sharp on time every day, left the place clean and had ton of experience. You can notice he’s super detailed oriented. He did an amazing job he knew so much about construction and gave us some advices. I’m really happy with the final result it definitely exceeded my expectations. The only thing to improve is communication. I had to wait days for the quote and almost chose another company because of that. Just the delay on sending the formal email made me doubt. Same happened within all the process I felt the communication was not good. I appreciate that Roger apologized and recognized a mistake and took care of it but it’s really important to communicate the customer the steps and give a call if you said you’re going to call specially if it’s delaying the installation process. For the price and the quality of work I received it’s a 5 stars I’m super happy but they need to improve the sellers communication skills and knowledge.

I used this company to replace first floor carpet to vinyl plank. They did a great job very easy to communicate with. I will definitely use them again and also refer to my friends.

Our stairs look beautiful after they removed the carpet and replaced it with wood laminate. Very happy with the service!
