Overall our experience with Floor Coverings International was not awesome. The workmanship is ok, not good and definitely not great. FCI was the company we were matched with via our insurance company. The first time someone was supposed to come to our house, he never showed up. Never called, never texted. Zero communication. My wife called to see what had happened and we were brushed along to the next rep, no explanation, barely an apology. Next rep started strong, helped us order tiles for the shower and floor and then basically went silent for a month. When I touched base, he passed us off to someone else who had scheduled our work. Never heard from that rep again. The workers were nice, but we had the same experience others here have had. They didn't cover a thing, left behind an immense amount of dust and white chalky stuff all over the floors, dressers, counters, door knobs, sinks and tubs in other bathrooms. One day I even asked if they could clean up a bit more, and while they attempted that day, they left a mess to clean up every day after. They even left our toilet seat up twice! Upon “completion” of the project, we found that they had 1) not left the extra materials behind 2) not finished the job, we had to call them back to regrout some areas and replace a tile they chipped. Additionally, upon cleaning up their mess, we noticed that they had damaged our bathtub and left several saw marks in the cement in our driveway. These were hidden by the mess they left behind and we only found them upon clean-up. I would not recommend this company. They have not been easy or pleasant to work with, their workmanship is subpar and they do not care what they do to your property.

Called this company because one of my plumbers messed up the carpet in a customers home. Joyce was so kind and responsive. This was obviously stressful for me, unhappy customer, unexpected cost etc etc. They communicated with the homeowner and myself and coordinated everything. The work was impeccable and they really saved the day for me. I was so impressed that I used them for my own home. I had wrinkles in my carpet and no matter how clean my home was it looked shabby because of this. They came out, moved the furniture stretched the carpet and put everything back! These are my go to people for home and business. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My parents called Floor Coverings International to do their house, Sara came with free estimats,she was very competent, provided product expertise,and gave a reasonable price to make their house appear beautiful. 😍 I highly recommend this company

Did a wonderful job. Fast and efficient. Dan came out for his walk-through, found a few minor minor things that he is addressing. I would definitely highly recommend them for future work for me as well as anybody else out there always remember you get what you pay for.

We are extremely satisfied with WNC FCI Floors! Our Asheville, NC, basement looks fabulous! Every single person that we interacted with gave excellent customer service: the 3 installers, John, Brad and his scheduler! We not only have an amazing, beautiful product but the entire process was as stress free as they could make it for us. Brad even gave us a deal on the price of the product as we picked out a more expensive type than we had originally planned for. He said that he wanted to help us out. I would definitely buy from this company again! Did I say that our basement looks fabulous?!

After receiving a couple quotes, we went with FCI and we are happy we did! Our flooring looks great, especially around the fireplace which I had concerns about. Dan was a responsive sales rep who ended up making a couple trips out to ensure we were ready for the install. Alex was an efficient installer who completed the room under a day! Highly recommend this duo!

He was hard-working, very responsive and, worked with our insurance company to get us a product we are happy with. We had an outstanding experience with FCI from start to finish! Bianca and David were both so lovely to work with — they were professional, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. David took the time to understand our needs, offered helpful recommendations, and kept us informed every step of the way. The installation team was also fantastic --not only were they skilled and efficient, but they completed the entire project even faster than we anticipated, which was such a pleasant surprise, especially since we had to corral our cats in the meantime! Our new hardwood floors are beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for flooring services & will definitely be returning for any future projects!

Glen was great, from thoroughly going over all the options to a beautiful installation. We were unfortunately dealing with a floor disaster in our kitchen where a bad product from a previous install (flooring from another company) was popping up under our feet. He was very understanding and sympathetic of our situation and how we wanted to get it redone as soon as possible. He explained what went wrong with the first product/install and gave us a great deal on a quality luxury vinyl floor with professional installation. Marybel was professional and very helpful with selecting the new floor covering and letting us know what all was involved and how the process would go. Our installer Christian kept us informed and when the date arrived, showed up on time; was very helpful moving the remaining furniture and setting up his tools, etc. He worked very hard leveling our floors which the builder had not done - and kept us informed all along the way as to what he was doing and why; when the floors were installed he had done an incredible job and we are exceedling happy with the install. When he was done (and as he was working) he cleaned and picked up and left our home as if nothing had taken place. He was very professional and we are exceedingly satisfied with his work. We highly recommend these folks if you're looking to replace or install flooring, We can't be happier with our choices including this crew!

I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a company as professional, responsive and all around just amazing. First off, I reached out to many companies to get a quote and everyone else were a nightmare to even get a response from. Gabe came right away, showed me the different floor options and never once tried to sell me anything. I was given a quote right away and once I made my decision to move forward, he was on top of his game from start to finish. The guys who installed the floor did an amazing job. They were prompt, clean, efficient and moved at a speed like no other. I will be using Floor Coverings International for all my flooring needs. To add, their rates are very reasonable. We have an office in Escondido with a lot of foot traffic. We had commercial carpet that had seen better days over 15 years. We decided on luxury vinyl flooring to be installed. From the initial visit with Dominic to quote, it was top notch service. Great communication, crew was there when the way said they would be. Team was trustworthy as they did much of the work over a holiday period. We even had them come back and do additional floors for us. We would recommend them hands down!
