Had a good sell with the owner, he did a great job with answering questions and getting everything measured and set up. We were having a laundry room, kitchen/dining room, living room, two bedroom, two bathroom completed. This was supposed to be a 2 day job. The first day, they all showed up minus the owner, and after the initial "hello nice to meet you" phase, it was immediate complaints about our location even though were told our location was serviced, if they have complaints don't express it to us like it's our faults. We'd have to hear about the guys have kids and weren't expecting the distance therefore they wanted to adjust the job times making us have to rearrange schedules when it should have been the company inconvenienced, it seems they didn't look at the job in advance because they should have been aware about the location, size of job, etc. On top of not being aware in advance of the job, they didn't order enough product ordered even though it was measured by them in advance causing the installation to be finished much later than what we agreed. This caused a terrible snowball effect because the following day, after the job was supposed to be completed, we were due to have builders, maintenance, cleaners, along with our property manager for pictures to post the home that day as we rent the home. But because they didn't order enough product I had to cancel other jobs, losing money from a deposit, and my home is getting posted much later so we lost thousands of dollars because of their mistake, not even a partial refund especially since they didn't fulfill the job as agreed. What should have been a two day job turned into 3 total with several days in between. They said that they were trying to locate the product closer to our area to get the job done, I was told by them Lowe's sells the same flooring it just goes by a different name... but I want what I ordered and paid for and I don't want something from Lowe's or else I would have hired their guys to do the job instead. Certainly don't tell your customers you can get it from Lowe's. After the first day, my son jumps in the air crying, when I walked over I felt it immediately, the tac strip where the separation of the rooms was felt right through the carpet, thin cheap carpet or bad install, I immediately brought it up to the installers who were packing up trying to get out so it was met with irritation (now I feel dumb tipping them), I told them they needed to fix it right then, even after they left I still felt it. I truly wish I would have checked with multiple companies, it was over priced for cheap feeling and for spending nearly 10k on a job we deserved for them to have it together and to be more professional. I even informed our property manager who is a realtor to reference other companies when rehabbing a home.

He arrived on time, listened carefully to our needs, and provided options backed by solid reasoning and expertise--without any attempt to upsell. That level of honesty and professionalism was refreshing. The installation process was seamless. Nick and his crew were courteous, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They focused on their work and ensured minimal disruption--I work from home and never felt disturbed during the 10-12 days of installation. MaryAnne, the project manager, was always available via text or phone, responding promptly to any questions or changes. At one point, we requested a modification to the stair design, and Anthony and MaryAnne handled it immediately without excuses. We were so impressed that we asked them to also install baseboards and update our closet flooring. I had FCI install some carpet on stairs in my condo to enhance the safe for going up and down the stairs. The installation went smoothly and the installer explained every thing. I would highly recommend FCI and their team!

FCI did a great job replacing the carpet and modernizing our stairs. Eric was very communicative and had a lot of good ideas on ways to get the look we wanted. Radu’s team did an exceptional job with the carpentry and Ivan’s team was quick and efficient with the carpet install. We also had this team previously recarpet several rooms in our house and we are so happy with the quality of the installation and the carpet itself. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs flooring work done.

Thanks to Anthony, for a phone consult, then on sight consult and scheduling the installation of my new floor in my new art studio/ office, She shed. They are very considerate, professional and on-task. Anthony also had good knowledge of whst color if flooring would look good. The installer was also very good and proficient with installing the flooring and the base board. The job was scheduled less than a week from thevtime I first called them. I'm so happy with the results. We will definitely consider them for more work in areas of our main house.
