You always have a bit of anticipation when you start a project like this.it's normal. They took very bad situation and made it look better that the original! Better color match. The installation was outstanding. They worked as if it was their own house! Everything including timing and the actual process outstanding!

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International and would highly recommend them! Frank was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He came directly to my home, was very helpful in choosing the flooring, and did a great job keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The two installers who came to do the work were also excellent. They did a beautiful job with the installation, were professional and respectful of my home, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The entire process was easy and stress-free, and I’m very happy with how the floors turned out. I would definitely recommend Frank and the team at Floor Coverings International!

I had a great experience overall with our kitchen backsplash installation. Alissa was my sales rep, and she was always communicative, knowledgeable, warm, and engaging. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, no matter how many questions I had, which I really appreciated. Once everything was installed, the quality of the work was excellent. Any issues or concerns I had were addressed right away, and they were quick to get things scheduled and taken care of. The pricing was also very reasonable, and overall I was really happy with the experience. Our neighbors were impressed with the completed backsplash too, and I’ve already shared the company’s information with them. I would definitely recommend them.

OUTSTANDING! The entire process from design to install was fantastic. If I could give it 10 stars I would. On time, very communicative, and detail oriented. Frank was a pleasure to do business with and made our project run smoothly. The installers were professional, courteous, and clean. We were renovating a 100 year-old house and, as you can imagine, no floor was the same height or even level. They took care of everything, and spent the extra time to make sure that it was done right. Very happy!

Floor Coverings inc, did a nice job installing our Tile in 1 bathroom, The Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining room. Floor Coverings Installers Missed installing the Tile in Our Master Bedroom. They had removed the tile in this bathroom, but forgot to install the Tile in said bathroom. After I contacted Frank the Manager for this Project, and related the above Problem, Frank quickly had a team come out and finish the installation, plus this team replaced the sideboards in the Living-room which also had not been repaired.. In all Fairness, Flooring Coverings installation was well done, and probably the reason the Team which had removed the Tile in the Master Bathroom was not the same team which installed the tile, and was not aware of the back Master Bathroom also needing tile. I can understand this oversight. All in all, an excellent tile installation, and the reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars was the Oversight as stated above..
