We are having. such a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Sarasota. Steve, Allison, and Frank have all been absolutely wonderful — incredibly nice, helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Renovations can be stressful, and having people who are patient, accommodating, and genuinely care about their customers makes such a difference. We truly appreciate all of their help and highly recommend the team at Floor Coverings International of Sarasota!

Had a great experience with Floor Coverings. They had some early challenges with the scope of work, where they took out more carpet than we expected. They fixed the issue in a very positive way that was great. Their communication style was friendly and helpful. Their prices were competitive for what we wanted. We didn’t want cheap, we wanted to be treated like customers who expect value. Nice job and “thanks…”

Working with Steve and Allison at Floor Coverings International was a fantastic experience. They were both so helpful in finding the color flooring I wanted. There were so many to choose from and it took me quite a while to find the right color. They had samples sent to me from distributors if they didn’t have that sample onsite. They were so patient to give me time to “live” with the sample to see it in various lighting situations. I had 3 bedrooms done and it was accomplished in a day. I had moved smaller pieces of furniture to prepare for the installation but the installers moved the larger items for me. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great experience.

Steve and his entire team were absolutely amazing. They communicated daily as needed, helped manage a large project for me with literally zero issues. The Project Manager was extremely professional and kept everything progressing to hit a tight target schedule. Our house now looks beautiful and we can't thank them enough. They are highly recommended!

We would like to thank and commend Floor Coverings International for an outstanding job in all respects. They removed old carpet from a large bedroom, hall, and two walk-in closets and replaced it with new vinyl, wood plank flooring. The selection of materials, along with detailed information, and trim options was quite extensive and well presented by owner, Steve Tadd. The actual installation was done as promised by a crew that was both expert and meticulous. We appreciated the company follow-up with warranty information and care suggestions. The floor has received many positive comments from friends and visitors. Yes, we will gladly use this locally owned flooring company for ant future flooring projects.

If you have a tiling project (I am sure other projects too) use Floor Coverings International. Exceptional!!! I needed some tile for my kitchen. I called them, got an answer right away, and Allison even scheduled a project discovery call with me on Sunday. I was thrilled. Dustin came out on Monday to discuss the project, measure the amount of tile I needed, and brainstorm design ideas that were wonderful. He turned around the quote fast and was quick to answer my calls and any questions. Frank scheduled the job and kept me informed of when the tile was to arrive and when the tile installer was to arrive. Dillon, the tile installer, is an artist and very patient, showing me different tile patterns until we had the right one for each space. He worked quickly and efficiently, around other contractors, and was very respectful and clean. He kept me informed of his arrival times and how long the project would take managed the project expertly. A couple of days later, I noticed a couple of places where the grout shrunk a little bit, and he scheduled to come back the next day. These guys are wonderful to work with; every person went above and beyond to do a great job. I am not sure if I like the work or the people better.

We were pleased with the work of Devon who installed luxury vinyl flooring in three rooms of our house. He was courteous, detailed, and punctual. He hauled away the old flooring and helped with placement of the furniture. You won't regret hiring Floorings Company International.

FCI did an amazing job with our vinyl plank flooring. We were able to put the new floor on top of an existing ceramic tile floor without having to go through the mess and hassle of removing the current tile. They put a leveling layer down and then put the new vinyl plank on top. It looks gorgeous. Steve and his team were amazing to work with and had great communication throughout - and their installers were meticulous. Highly recommend.
