We had a great experience from start to finish. The pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Gary Wilson, Gigi, Tairon, and the installation crew were all professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job with the installation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

From the minute I called this place the people were amazing Gary came to my house did walk through listen to what I wanted hooked me up was a great subcontractors Gigi who mans the phone is just an amazing woman they take time they listen the job was done beautifully I had a couple of hiccups but that was on my end and they went ahead and did and took care of them for me with no hesitation. Highly highly recommend prices are great treated like a true customer service should be 100% And the job is just phenomenal I feel like I'm in a brand new home from the flooring. Definitely go with these people. While I was happy with the flooring there was an issue with the moving of a television I did mention it to them the the person that put my floor down his helper was not with him he was in my bedroom he moved my TV and when he moved it down from the hutch on to the floor it disconnected the sound bar and the auxiliary Jack it broke the prongs When I put the TV together I realized what happened I did make them aware. I went on my own and bought an extractor kit from Amazon to try to get the prongs out with no avail. I did mention it again I was told that they were not supposed to move electronics I was responsible I did ask the person who put the floor down if they need help because their helper was out sick . I was told no I'm a little disappointed by the reaction I'm not asking for a new TV all I was asking for was maybe if somebody could have that fix for me I'm unable to get my local channels now because I don't have an auxiliary input. So while they did a great job on the floor and everybody was pretty good they did move my electronics and I was told they were not supposed to and this was done on his own. Therefore good on the floor do NOT let them move your electronics well I'm going to add to this review..My TV as many times as I tried to fix it because the prongs were broken. I was never able to fix the problem. It happens.. it's an older TV.. but it worked great!! I have bought a new TV because I can no longer get local channels because the problems were broken in the in the TV . This is going to buy a new TV but in the interim I thought that they would have called me and said hey what's going on I did post this like what happened the guy that did my floor and did a great job by the way so let's say he didn't move my TV in my my sound bar and disconnected everything and broke the process but after I did post this I thought that maybe they would say call me and say hey are you all right or is there something we can do I never got to call back I'm supposed to have a walk too I never got that so they did a great job on the floor so let's say this but I'm going to move my ratings from a 4 to a three Gary was great but nobody else so followed up on me didn't ask about what happened to my TV even though the subcontractors I believe they are so contractors should not move my electronics and I'm not great about this I'm getting a new TV yay for me but tell me you should have followed up I'm in customer service also and the customer service was great at the beginning but at the end didn't follow up so I'm going to give them a three instead before they did a great job on the floor though let's give him that other than that I give them nothing so think about that before we have your stuff done but not a lot and don't let them touch do not let them touch your electronics okay that's my review . Like I said I never got to walk through that was supposed to be done and I doubt that I'm going to need $200 and that's all I spent on new TV to make sure that my stuff is okay I've never been asked nothing so probably not kind of disappointing but before it looks good so I'll give him a three if it wasn't look good I would give them a two customer service was great at first but not so good after they're done with you keep that in mind

We had a very seamless installation of our nee flooring in our condo. Greg, Gigi and their crew were professional, accountable and reliable. They said 1 day install and that was true. Product was top of the line, beautiful and the installers did a great job . Everything went great. Can't say enough good things.

I’m a realtor and deal with many vendors while helping my clients. Gary and Gigi are amazing! The entire experience was completely coordinated with excellent communication and results. Gary was there at every consultation, pricing discussion through work inspections and provided spec and insurance paperwork to a very picky condo association.
