Niki and her team did an excellent job throughout the entire experience from helping us pick out tile, scheduling the install and making sure everything was going smoothly during installation. I truly don’t think we could have chosen a better company to do our bathroom floors and it turned out amazing!

Outstanding service and quality workmanship. Niki with Floor Coverings International of Panama City responded quickly and professionally when I ran into a frustrating situation with a large national hardware retailer that uses third-party installers. What initially seemed straightforward became challenging, as the installer was not local and follow-through was inconsistent. To their credit, the store’s leadership team stayed engaged, worked hard to help, and escalated the issue appropriately to get the installer to even respond. I truly appreciated their effort and professionalism in trying to make things right. In contrast, Niki and her team stepped in, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what was promised. In the end, I paid a little more to work with a local provider—and it was absolutely worth it. Supporting a local team that takes ownership and delivers quality makes all the difference. It would’ve been so much less effort had I started with Niki and her team. Thank you.

Not only did the gentleman show up on time and worked extremely hard to get the fix done asap after finishing a 5 hour drive to Louisiana on a Sunday talk about going above and beyond for there customers I couldn’t recommend this company more
