As the proud owner of a flourishing flooring franchise, Niki brings unparalleled expertise and passion to the industry. Her vision is revolutionizing how flooring is sold and installed in the greater Panama City community. Niki opened the Floor Coverings International franchise in August 2023 and quickly established herself as a trusted and valued partner to the community. Through her leadership, the franchise has become synonymous with quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Niki and her husband, Tim, have been married for 25 years and raised a blended family of six in Spring Hill, TN and Chester Springs, PA. With the nest empty, PCB became their permanent home in the fall of 2022. Tim co-owns FCI and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He is currently the Vice President of Commercial Operations for a biotech company in Munich, Germany. In their spare time, they enjoy the beach and live music.

McKenzie is a Tennessee native and a recent graduate from Tennessee Technological University with degrees in Communications and Education. In her time at college, she was heavily involved in her local and school community. She discovered her passion for networking, philanthropy, and project coordinating during her time as president of Delta Phi Epsilon on campus. She has worked in operations and project coordination for a few different industries, but found her home at FCI. She is Tim and Niki’s niece and values the opportunity to operate a family-owned business. She loves spending time with her friends and family (including her furr-mily), soaking in the sun at the beach, and making crafts.
