This was a very easy process! They sent a rep to measure and show samples. They sent us an invoice for half the amount due. 3 days later the carpet was installed! After assuring our satisfaction, FCI sent us the final invoice and paid it via email. The installer had 40 years experience and moved all the large patio stuff in and out! Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend FCI! Great selection of carpets at a competitive price!
