"I highly recommend International Floor Coverings of Aurora. From the initial appointment with Robin to take measurements and discuss my project until the final walkthrough after my new floors were installed, the service was top notch. It’s nice they also bring a stocked van with many samples right to your home. When I narrowed in on a few, they ordered additional samples from the manufacturer free of charge. Robin and Justin are knowledgeable and professional, communicating throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would and kept me updated along the way, answering my many questions. Diego and the rest of the crew were awesome and installed new engineered hardwood in my living room, dining room, kitchen plus 2 sets of stairs and hallways in 2 1/2 days. This included removing old stubborn kitchen tile and 27 yr old carpet. Their attention to detail was great. Justin also shared pictures via online link from start to finish which was nice. There were a couple places that needed a bit of finesse after they finished, but Diego and Justin returned same day and happily took care of it. I’m so happy with the new floors and appreciate the care Robin and Justin have for their company’s clients."
