We just had flooring installed and we could not be happier, it is beautiful! They did an outstanding job from Will helping us pick out the color, to the wonderful crew that installed it in 2 days! The crew was very professional and very friendly.

We searched thru numerous Flooring Companies before contacting FCI to either repair or replace our wood flooring that was damaged from a leak in the refrigerator. Will from FCI looked at our flooring issue and suggested it could be matched rather than rip the entire floor out. That was a delight to my husband and I. Will searched for a similar product that would match our wild pecan floor which he found! Aaron and Courtney kept us informed throughout the process of getting the delivery of the flooring to our home. A few days later, Brett and Alex arrived right on time and got straight to work. They are professional, efficient, and clearly masters in their craft. Plus, they made us feel comfortable in their confidence in their work. They completed the project in less time than expected, and We Love Our Floor! We are very impressed with the entire team. The flooring and baseboards look fantastic, and the workmanship is top-notch. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for future projects.

They keep you informed all the way through out the process from sales to installation, Aaron was excellent to work with to select the correct product and worked through the issues. Brett, Alex and Tristan installed the product. Aaron and his team helped my wife and I with a large project, including over 3,000 sqft of flooring, most of which was hardwood. Rather than replacing the existing flooring, and knowing budget was important, Aaron found matching flooring that enabled us to keep and refinish the existing flooring, while adding the new flooring so it was continuous throughout the whole house. I highly recommend Aaron and his team at FCI, as they will always go the extra mile!

Great service and clear communications. We love the new LVP flooring in blended praline in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Will was great to work with and we are looking forward to having FCI install flooring for our next project. We had Aaron do our floor covering. We picked a Hard wood flooring. English Pub is the name. We did have some issues. When we called Aaron he came out quickly to look. He agreed our concerns were valid. Aaron quickly found a remedy that all were pleased with. We are very happy with our wood fooring, it looks so good. Thank you Aaron
