This flooring exceeds my expectations. The entire process from start to finish was easy and the project made my spaces feel so new! What a beautiful upgrade to my home! Matching the existing flooring in the hallways was a huge factor and I am amazed at the results! The installation was so perfect! Brett and Skylar were extremely polite, showing respect for my space, my furniture and my time. They worked efficiently and quietly, finishing ahead of schedule yet with absolute perfection. They went above and beyond in their cleanliness, sweeping several times during and after the installation, even with small hand brooms. I could not have dreamed of a more pleasant experience than the one I had with Floor Coverings International. Don’t delay with any worries. This is a great company you can trust!

I am very happy with Floor Coverings International. The owners Aaron and his wife, along with their assistant Courtney provided upscale customer service throughout the whole process. Courtney is a gem with a wonderful demeanor and pleasant personality. They responded to my all my needs, questions, or concerns in a prompt manner. The team that installed my flooring was Brett, Alex, and Skylar. They are truly professionals at what they do. They were very detailed oriented, considerate, friendly, and cleaned up after removing carpeting, baseboards, and installing the flooring. And they did a beautiful job with the flooring installation. I am thankful to all of you for making this a smooth process, and grateful for making my dream possible. I shopped around before choosing this company and can honestly say I did not find this level of customer service. I highly recommend this company. 🥰

We contacted Floor Coverings International to do our floors. The entire process was so well done and very professional. From our first call, Courtney was very helpful. A delight to speak with. Aaron met us at our home with samples and a quote on the spot. The installation crew (Bret, Alex and Skyler) were top notch. They kept a clean worksite and did a fantastic job installing our new floor. I am so glad I did not take this project on my self. Well done!

Floor Coverings International/The Nature Coast located in Crystal River, Florida is the absolute best flooring company I've worked with in over 30 years. Will Wilkins and his team of professionals did not disappoint. From point of contact thru final installation of my project there were no complaints. On time, in budget and post project communication leads to a five star rating. My cork floors are all I'd hoped for and then some. I highly recommend this local company.

I called Floor Coverings International Nature Coast after a bad experience with a previous installer. Aaron came out just two weeks before Christmas, worked me into their schedule to complete the install before Christmas. They saved Christmas with my family. The installers Brett and Alex were so professional and kind. They take pride in their work and showed great respect for my home.
