After having major problems with another floor company, I needed an extra box of flooring. The other company disappeared. I contacted Naples store and Alex Martin and Troy went over and above to help me. Alex really helped me quickly and hand delivered not only 1 but 2 boxes of the flooring that I desperately needed to finish a renovation. He went out of his way and busy schedule to deliver them to my home. I will definitely be using Alex and Floor Coverings Int. in Naples for my future flooring projects.
