I had this company come out and give me a quote for upstairs carpeting for 3 rooms, a 2nd living area or large room, and a set of stairs. Arthur came and did the measurements and explained the process in great detail. Asked me if I was a Veteran and gave me an awesome quote. Then came installment day(s). The crew of four arrived, put their heads down and immediately went to work. When they were finished they placed all my furniture all in their precise location from whence they moved it, cleaned up the area and then asked me to inspect the area. Honestly, best service I have had ever encountered with any type of project. Professional. Honest. Hard working. Timely. Courteous. Highly recommend FCI for your flooring needs.

The owner Arthur showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate of refurbishing my wooden floors. He promised they would look close to being new again since staining wood is almost impossible to match by yourself. My wooden floors looked damn good after spending two long days of hand sanding, staining, and sealing from his professional Wood Finisher, who is one of the best in Central Florida. I would definitely hire them again for any wood flooring repairs.

I recently had a need for flooring advice and completion. Arthur responded promptly, provided professional input, and helped me achieve my desired outcome while saving some money. The installation team arrived on-time, showed respect to the community all while promptly, politely, and professionally performing their work. Clean up was handled as expected. In all, FCI can certainly be recommended for others consideration.
