I didn’t have to lift a finger, they moved furniture and cleaned up once completed. Owner Josiah visited during install and after install ensuring client satisfaction. I browsed on Thumbtack for the first time to locate someone to do the flooring project. I read the reviews and Josiah messaged me right back to discuss the process and had Crystal call to set up the in-home consultation. I was pleased and ready to start. Josiah was honest about the product I selected once the shipment came in advising that it may not be what I expected. We chose another option and it turned out perfect.
