I'd like to share my experience with floor coverings international. From the first interaction with the sales representative was very positive, I found Colby to be professional and informative. The installation process went as smoothly as can be expected, the guys were very respectful and efficient. The Owner (Josiah) was fare and accessable. I give them five stars and highly recommend this company.

Josiah was so great to work with throughout the entire process, from coming to our home and bringing carpet samples to overseeing the final work. His crew did outstanding work. Both the study and master closet had built-ins and they were able to remove the old carpet and install new carpeting without any problems. I highly recommend Josiah and and Floor Coverings International.

Josiah and his team were fantastic. We had them put new floors throughout our home before moving in. Josiah was very knowledgable about the best types of flooring to fit our family's needs, and helped us choose options to coordinate with existing cabinets and tile. The whole project turned out beautifully. His team worked hard to finish the job in record time so we could move in. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, and make sure we were updated throughout each step of the process. We are so happy with our new floors! As a REALTOR it is important who you recommend and refer to your clients. I referred Josiah to my sellers who inherited a home but they didn't live in the area. So they needed everything taken care of and needed a reliable and trustworthy flooring person to do that. Josiah and his team were amazing! They took out the awful cat pee, fecies stained, smelly carpet and installed similar color carpet. It was perfect! They even made a deal to get some of the rest of the payment at closing which helped the family out as they didn't have the upfront funds to get the flooring done. Highly recommend them!

From the very beginning of the project to its completion I was very impressed with the communication, the workmanship, and quality. Josiah was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my project and really helped me choose the best flooring option that matched the rest of the flooring throughout my home. My experience with this company was the worst I’ve ever been through. I was his first customer and I thought he was my friend as we worked together in real estate. I was led to believe he was an honest and high integrity, man which he proved he was not! His price was compatible with other Flooring companies, but his product was extremely poor and the worst installation ever as they broke my bed, put holes in my wall and didn’t repair correctly as he tried to remedy the situation. It only got worse told me he would make it right and never did I went with another company had LVP taken up because it was completely unlivable and had replaced with tile, which was a lot less than the LVP Flooring that he had given me. He went on the cheapest route with the LVP and the thinnest underlayment. There installers are terrible and hardly speak any English extremely disappointed as he was going to promise me a refund and never followed through with it. Do not use this company.!! He never would return my phone calls in a timely manner and unfortunately, I paid for the flooring in full with no refund or even parcel as he promised complete rip off!! Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE, poor installers! Joe had admitted to me that he did not know what he was doing as he was very new to this process. I just wish he would’ve followed through with what he promised integrity he has none unbelievable that he thinks that he is a man of God with this type of behavior, very disappointed That I got taken by a Man I trusted!

Josiah & Crystal Davis from Floor Covering International are very professional & knowledgeable. Jo was able to show me a huge variety in Laminated flooring color choices I found a color we love. With his quick measurements of the rooms and pricing all done on the same day along with his expertise. It was an easy process with a quick turnaround of ordering product and installation. I highly recommend Josiah & Crystal if you’re looking for a honest, reliable company with great customer service skills. Five Stars all the way!!
