My experience with this company was the worst I’ve ever been through. I was his first customer and I thought he was my friend as we worked together in real estate. I was led to believe he was an honest and high integrity, man which he proved he was not! His price was compatible with other Flooring companies, but his product was extremely poor and the worst installation ever as they broke my bed, put holes in my wall and didn’t repair correctly as he tried to remedy the situation. It only got worse told me he would make it right and never did I went with another company had LVP taken up because it was completely unlivable and had replaced with tile, which was a lot less than the LVP Flooring that he had given me. He went on the cheapest route with the LVP and the thinnest underlayment. There installers are terrible and hardly speak any English extremely disappointed as he was going to promise me a refund and never followed through with it. Do not use this company.!! He never would return my phone calls in a timely manner and unfortunately, I paid for the flooring in full with no refund or even parcel as he promised complete rip off!! Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE, poor installers! Joe had admitted to me that he did not know what he was doing as he was very new to this process. I just wish he would’ve followed through with what he promised integrity he has none unbelievable that he thinks that he is a man of God with this type of behavior, very disappointed That I got taken by a Man I trusted!

Josiah & Crystal Davis from Floor Covering International are very professional & knowledgeable. Jo was able to show me a huge variety in Laminated flooring color choices I found a color we love. With his quick measurements of the rooms and pricing all done on the same day along with his expertise. It was an easy process with a quick turnaround of ordering product and installation. I highly recommend Josiah & Crystal if you’re looking for a honest, reliable company with great customer service skills. Five Stars all the way!!

The best flooring company in the state of Florida. From the beginning to the end they were polite and more than willing to help in anyway possible. The installers are on time neat and do an absolutely beautiful job. Would recommend to friends, family, and co-workers. From self leveling to finish floor.

The flooring in living room/Dinning room that Floor Covering International (Josiah & Crystal Davis) looks really great. I really appreciate th high level of service and in-home review of as many options I wanted - being able to see how it fit with furniture, walls, decors, and adjacent rooms. We are absolutely pleased with Floor Coverings International. We had to have our floors replaced(for the 3rd time) with Extra support for my husbands medical needs. Josiah and his wonderful team, Ivan and Nick, come out to inspect our floors. The job was completed and done exceptionally well. We have been blessed to find a truly conscientious company that has a great team of workers!! I highly recommend 'Floor Coverings International'.
