Josiah opened Floor Coverings International of Lakeland in 2024. After serving 20 faithful years and retiring from the U.S. Navy as a Navy Chief, he continued to serve the Tampa Bay region as a licensed realtor for seven years and a mortgage loan originator for the past two years. His dedicated drive and passion for navigating customers through exciting and innovative life changing solutions brings him joy. A staunch advocate for mentoring student athletes, Josiah create South Shore Select Inc (Triple-S), a community-based program aimed at youths between the ages of 7 to 18 years old, which provided guidance on future career paths, high level sports competitions throughout the state of Florida and so much more. He has volunteered at six local high schools and several youth programs as a wrestling and football coach. He is married to his wife Crystal. They have seven children and three grandchildren.
Crystal Davis, is a native of Sarasota, Florida.
She began her professional journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and then furthered her education and expertise, becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse, which expanded her capacity to provide compassionate and skilled healthcare to those in her community.
Crystal and Josiah have embarked on several community ventures and founded a youth sports and mentoring organization called South Shore Select. Their dedication to empowering and uplifting the youth in the local communities is a main driver of their tireless efforts towards the betterment of children throughout all communities.
Crystal continues her journey of leadership and service and now serves as the Office Manager of Floor Coverings International of Lakeland, Florida. Through her various roles and endeavors, she exemplifies the power of determination, compassion, and unwavering dedication to making a difference and providing superior customer experience.
Coby Dykes brings 30 years of hands-on construction experience and 5 years as a design associate, combining practical know-how with a strong people-first approach. New to Florida as of 2023 and absolutely loving it, Coby enjoys building relationships, tackling challenges, and making the most of everything the Sunshine State has to offer.
