"From start to finish Blake, Susie and team had our back. Blake came to give us our quote and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and process and told us everything up front. Once we scheduled, they worked with us and we were even able to come back every night to sleep in our home (we got about 3/4 of our home done) — having a small baby that was a HUGE deal. We even had problems arise and Blake walked us through step by step what actions we could take and how to proceed. The team was great and cleaned up after themselves after each day and put everything back beautifully. Even after install, we found a chip in the floor and they came out right away to fix. All in all, our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be using them again and recommending in the future!"

"Pat Kinnison came to our home to measure and discuss new flooring options and prices. He gave us all the info we asked for and some good advice. Price seemed comparable to Lowe's and lower than another company we were considering. Installation went well and it looks good. The one negative is the installers would not place some heavy furniture they moved in my mother-in-law's room after installation. Not a huge deal for us, but worth considering if you would not be able to arrange your furniture yourself."
