"We met Paul at the Toledo home show. He was everything you would want - very kind, considerate, interested in what we were looking for, etc. We spent well over an hour with him in a very comfortable conversation! He made us feel totally not pressured at all! We set an appointment for him to come to our home. He arrived a couple minutes early, walked through our home, learned about our lifestyle (Especially with our dogs!!). He brought several different samples with him of which we made a decision. He took our decision and with AI videoed it in our home, to where we could see what it would look like in EACH ROOM! THAT WAS GREAT! A couple days later, I got nervous about the color, so I went to his office - he had me pick out six or eight different colors to which he placed those colors in our home on a large screen in his office. I was able at that point to make the exact decision I wanted and was very happy with it! This took quite a bit of time for him to do, but it made me confident about what we were choosing and his effort to allow me to be 100% satisfied! Then came the tear out Of carpet and install of flooring!! The installer was absolutely incredibly magnificent! Fine young man very considerate of everything he was doing with our furniture and home! He was very articulate and exact on every board he laid! I could keep going, but the absolute fact is that we are extremely satisfied from the very beginning conversation to the end of the project and And highly recommend him to you!
