His quote was more than reasonable in comparison to other quotes. He took the time to find the exact carpet to complement our home. We were told by another company it would take approximately two weeks for the same carpet to arrive and then they would schedule the installation which could be another two weeks. The other was very pushy and wanted me to make a decision immediately. Sam Becker, on the other hand, was professional, honest, down to earth, and not pushy at all.
