"Everyone was professional, courtesy and hard working. They always arrived on time and started the job right away. They were very aware of anything that could cause me to trip. They finished the job in Dark in two days and the results are amazing. The owner of the business, Preston, was very helpful in finding a floor very close to the one we had to replace. We had our entire upstairs carpet redone, as well as, carpets stretched on the main floor and patched a piece of carpet in the basement. The previous owners of our home had cats that peed everywhere upstairs. FCI sealed our subfloors and installed the new carpet. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The patch that was done in the basement looks as if it was part of the entire carpet already. "Linda provided all the info I requested about the product before I made my decision to go with Floor Coverings International Metro vs a different company. The flooring was installed while my dog and I were out of town. Linda kept me updated on the progress, including sending photos of the in-progress project. The floor was not level in one area in particular; in fact there was more than an inch difference. The installer did a great job leveling the floor as much as possible within the confines of transitions between wood flooring and existing tile and carpeted floors. He did an exceptional job installing the flooring with top notch craftsmanship. It is gorgeous! He decided that the transition pieces that came with the flooring were sub-ideal, and handcrafted the transitions between tile floor and carpeted floors. They are beautiful and provide a smooth, non-intrusive transition. I am thrilled with my floors and strongly recommend Linda and her team."
