"We had our living room, kitchen, and our master bedroom changed from poorly laid solid wood floors and carpet to glue down LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planking) by Karndean. Janna was our representative from the Floor Coverings International. She did a great job of providing samples and advising us what wear thickness we would need that would stand up to my wife's wheelchair. She was there to answer our questions, even after hours. The crew that installed our floors Diego and Frank (They did a great job) completed the job in 3 days. Ripping out the old wood floor and carpet, and installing the glue down LPV. They moved the furniture and things that were already in the room to other areas with care. Then replaced where we wanted them. This included helping me to install felt pads under furniture to help protect the floor. I am very satisfied with the way things turned out. I would recommend them to help with your project."

From the time George came out, showed me the flooring which was matched perfectly to the existing flooring that I had on the main level. They gave me a quick date for install showed up the week before with the wood floors so they could acclimate to the temperature of my home. "Just before the holidays, my wife and I discovered an unexpected water leak in our great room. Within 30 minutes, nearly 50 gallons of water had pooled on the floor, leaving a large section of boards damaged. Steve was the first to return our call and schedule an on-site consultation. He spent about 45 minutes with us, walking the room, checking the wood, and inspecting for any additional issues. He then provided a fair, realistic quote for the work. Even though we felt good about his proposal, we decided to do our due diligence and get a few more estimates before making a final decision. In hindsight, I’m not sure why we bothered. Steve’s quote was far and away the most competitive when it came to price, expertise, and overall value. He even suggested we wait a few weeks before signing an agreement in case the wood returned to its original shape. The day before the job was scheduled to begin, my wife and I discovered another section of wood that, unbeknownst to us, also needed to be replaced. When Steve arrived to deliver the materials, he walked the area with us and provided a revised quote based on the additional time and effort required from his crew, still at a fair rate. On the day of the job, his team got right to work. Within six hours, the original floor was sanded flush, the damaged boards were replaced, and the first coat of protection had been applied. They also checked for any mold or other issues that might have resulted from the water intrusion. Three days later, the final coat was applied, the job was complete, and the crew left the area spotless. You would never know his team had been working in our home for those three days. When we received the final invoice, I was pleasantly surprised to see that even with the additional area that needed replacement, the job came in under budget. I will strongly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone who is looking to have their floors installed, replaced, or refinished. The attention to detail, the timeliness of the work, and the professionalism shown by the owner and the staff was phenomenal."

"We have used Christian and Maribel before in our other home to replace the carpet with LVP. We have moved into a new home and during our housewarming, Christian noted that our temporary stair treads were OKKKKK, but we could have a more elevated experience with an actual custom stair runner and custom landing rug. They also helped us out with our daughter's bathroom where they replaced the shoddy tile installation with my favorite LVP from our old house. They truly can do it all - LVP tile straightforward installation, custom stair treads and quick flooring repair. I highly recommend them.
