10 stars! We have worked with carpet one in the past and had a terrible experience (2x actually). This was a totally different story. It’s so nice that they bring the carpet to your home so you can see what it looks like in the actual room. Prices were very reasonable and installation was quick and the new carpet looks awesome. It was a completely seamless process and I will never use another company for flooring installation.

Tracy showed us many samples of beautiful wool carpeting, and also met us at a store where additional samples were shown to us. Very thorough and Tracy answered our questions.

Marty called me to tell me he was gonna be a little Late. Which is very courteous. I had a Vinyl kitchen floor that needed some attention. He assessed the issue with the floor and was able to correct it without cutting my vinyl! He also ran a bead of clear caulk to give the area a water tight seal. Marty was very polite and worked efficiently. If I have other floor problems in the future, I won’t hesitate to call Marty.

Having a mobile service come to your house, provide you an estimate and show you samples rather than having to go to a warehouse was very convenient. The new flooring in my house looks excellent! The estimator who happens to be the owner and his assistant were so wonderful to work with. This company is the best!

Working with Keith and his team was a great experience! Having samples brought to my house made it very easy to go through the options and make color choices. The installers showed up on time and did a professional job. I’m very pleased with the service and the way my new carpet came out!

Would not recommend to friends, family, strangers, or anyone looking for a smooth installation experience. From rude crews creating uncomfortable atmosphere in our home, to carpet tacks sticking up, to scuffs on doors and (freshly painted) walls. We paid a premium looking for a high-quality result and received a poor quality experience.

Everything about the process from selection of flooring to installation was flawless. The staff were so helpful and installers very efficient and friendly. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Floor Coverings International and I give 5 stars for both experiences. Highly recommend.

Scott Fitzherbert was an absolute joy to work with. Punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home and our time. Scott led my wife and I through the carpet samples and arrived at what turned out to be a perfect match. On the day of install, Scott showed up with the installer to make sure they understood the scope of the job and the expectation. The job was completed in less than two hours and looks amazing. Scott follow up with make sure we were satisfied. Great service and would highly recommend this firm for any flooring needs.

I brought in three companies to get a quote for a new office break room floor. The only one who left a great impression was Mark from FCI. He worked with me--even as I complicated the process with internal company nonsense I won't get into here--and delivered the project on time and ahead of schedule. I have no complaints with which to provide FCI for the job they did for us.
