We had a job taking out an old carpet in two small rooms and putting hardwood to match the adjacent kitchen and living room- we had a great experience with Nick and his guys from Floor covering International in Redmond - from the initial consultation to the end of project! their quote was detailed and clear, the price was middle ground but we definitely got our money’s worth! The lady in their Redmond office who help us with the stain color was helpful and very nice, the guys who came to do the job were on time, very hard working and professional ! You could tell from the way they approached the job that they loved what they did and took pride in doing a great job! they came through on all the finishes at the end, and were done a day earlier than planned ! They were also very careful in how they moved our furniture out and we had no issues! I highly recommend Nick and his guys!

I wanted to follow up on my original review with a few additional photos that better reflect the condition of my floors. My goal is to share my honest experience. While the company offered to return under its warranty, I’ve chosen not to have them back in my home because I’ve lost confidence in the quality of the work and the overall experience. What stood out most to me was the lack of quality control and follow-up. It also felt like the focus was more on protecting reviews and collecting payment than on genuinely addressing my concerns as a customer. I hope International Flooring takes this as constructive feedback. Better quality control, communication, and taking ownership when issues arise will do far more for customer satisfaction than simply finishing a job. I hope this helps future customers know what to expect and encourages the company to improve. Sometimes honesty is the best feedback in order for you to feed forward.
