We were very impressed by Floor Coverings International of Cape Cod. The owners were very thorough with the details and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the flooring we chose and the professional installation. We had a lot of squeaks on our floor and one of the most important things for us was to remove the squeaks before installing the new flooring. We’re so very happy that the installers were able to remove all of the squeaks and finished the installation in a very short time. We only did one room, and when we’re ready, we’re going to have all the other rooms done by them again. You won’t be disappointed, they are the best and we loved that they also had zero percent financing.

The decision to invest in new flooring was not an easy one. Working with Guy at FCI was one of the best decisions we made during our home project. His level of service really stood out, with multiple house calls to bring samples. He took time to understand our vision, budget and find the right product. He never once rushed the process and always offered thoughtful guidance. Guy’s level of commitment is rare, staying involved during delivery and through install to ensure all went smoothly. Overall great experience! We needed to replace carpet in multiple rooms, but didn’t quite know what we wanted (or needed). Patrick was very knowledgeable, listened to our wants and needs, brought multiple samples for us to look at in the space, and didn't shy away from making a personal recommendation (which we ultimately went with and absolutely love). Getting installation scheduled was not instantaneous but we got something on the calendar within the week. The install team was amazing (arrived on time, handled moving most of the furniture, and finished the install earlier than I expected). Install was completed approx 4 weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier with the look and feel of our new carpet!

Seven months ago, Floor Coverings International of Chester County installed a synthetic berber carpet on my floor. Weeks after its installation, the loops began to fray. Now the carpet sprouts a new fiber every several days. I don't have a pet, and nobody wears shoes in my house. One month ago, someone from the company came to look at the carpet and left with photos. I haven't heard a word since. I can't recommend a company that doesn't stand behind the product it sells.

Floors look great. Tear out of existing floor and install of new floor was done quick and very professional. These floors are in a very high traffic business setting. The crew was extremely clean, very mindful of employees and responsive to any needs or wants. Highly recommend. Professional from start to finish.
