I now have new, beautiful bathroom floors installed with truly impressive craftsmanship. David Lee was friendly and super supportive. I really loved the traveling showroom. The showroom came to me instead of the other around which was so convenient! Friendly, professional, supportive, outstanding craftsmanship. I just love looking at my new floors. I highly recommend David Lee and Floor Coverings International. Well beyond satisfied!!! I don't think five stars is enough!

So, I already wrote one review before Mark even accomplished the work, because he was just so pleasant and professional in his bid for the work. I paid him 100% upfront, and now the work is done, looks great, took care of some myriad trim details perfectly, stayed involved to the point of getting down on the floor himself and assisting his contractor in removing the old stubborn floor. I am a retired spec home builder myself, so I know a bit about this, and I recommend Floor Coverings International unreservedly.

We hired FCI to install ceramic tile in our bathroom. The owner Dave personally came out and looked at the space and the tile we had already purchased and gave us a quote. Dave was really great to work with, super nice guy. Always responded quickly to any questions I had. His installer Yuri did an amazing job. There are a few spots in the floor that required a very precision cut in order for it to look good, and it came out great. And when the job was done, the price I paid was the same as the price I had been quoted (actually a little less since we had bought our own grout and Dave subtracted that out). It's always nice to work with a company that doesn't add unexpected charges into the final invoice. We will definitely hire them again the next time we need some tile work done.

We cannot say enough nice things about our experience with Floor Coverings International! They recently retiled our bathroom floor over the course of three days. Dave, the owner was so kind and responsive when we had questions and asked for adjustments. Yuri did a beautiful job installing the tile; He made perfect cuts around the tricky bathtub curve. We have not had this good of an experience with a company/installer in a long time. Especially after having multiple salespeople from larger companies come in and dismiss our ideas/concerns and then quoted us for three times the amount that Dave quoted. We are already thinking about the next project they can help us with!

We used Mark and Floor Coverings International to replace the carpet in our office with a vinyl plank and installed quarter round throughout our house. Mark took the time to listen to our needs and understand what we were looking for. My husband and I have different tastes in floor colors and Mark worked with us until we found the perfect color vinyl plank for our home office. He even ordered a larger swatch so we could be 100% sure before booking. Once we booked, installation happened quickly and Mark and his team were great on communication leading up to the project, during and after it was complete. I highly recommended working with Mark and his team!

Mark from Floor Coverings International did an excellent job for our family. The whole process of getting a new carpet was very efficient including the price quality and fast installation . He spent time educating us on different choices and made sure we hand picked the best option for our house. The process was simple with clear communication. Choose a pad and carpet….he got back to us in a day to give us a time for the install. Kept us updated and delivered everything he said in a very timely manner. Our carpet looks and feels so good.
