We couldn’t be happier with how our new floors turned out! From the first visit to the final cleanup, the whole experience with Floor Coverings International of Metro Nashville was so easy. The floors completely transformed the house — the LVP is beautiful and durable, and the carpet feels amazing underfoot. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and really cared about getting everything just right. Highly recommend!

Floor Coverings International was Great to work with. They came to us, measured the job, helped us pick out materials based on what we told them we wanted and gave us a quote within our budget in just minutes. Their installers were fantastic. They did very good work very quickly and were courteous throughout the process. We would recommend the team at FCI of Fort Wayne to anyone.

We got new flooring for our entire 4-bedroom second floor and a carpet runner on our stairs. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International Waukesha. Our Design Associate Dann really helped us with selecting our flooring, and was willing to answer questions throughout the project. Our installers Glenn and Art were truly craftsmen. They were efficient and paid attention to every detail. The floors look great!

“Aaron, the owner took great care me throughout the selling process. He was extremely professional (with a power point and folder with information) and followed up many times to help me find my ideal flooring. After accumulating 3 bids, I knew Floor Coverings International was the way to go. The floors would be warrantied with a reputable company and done right. His wife, Kirsten, took over with installation and she was also very helpful. I was not present for most of the project and she communicated perfectly. We experienced a major hiccup in the bathroom with deteriorated plywood from a leak, and Kirsten was on it with the best course of action along with other bids for remodel. Flooring Coverings International was competitive in price, drove out to my remote house many times to show me flooring, and backs up their work. I have seen pictures of floors gone wrong and know my floor will be beautiful for many years. Thanks you!!”

Recently went to the Home Show at West World to talk to flooring companies regarding a small job master bathroom/closet remodel we are doing. We spoke to a number of companies and had four of them come give us quotes. We decided upon Floor Coverings International because Bryan was the least high-pressure salesperson at the Home Show, personally was the one to come quote the job, business had good reviews and we just felt this company was best for us. Boy were we spot on in hiring Floor Coverings International. We were told it was a one-day job, which we were skeptical of since all tile had to be removed first. Not only did our job get done in one day, it was done PERFECTLY . All tile and underneath thinset was removed and subfloor checked for cracks. They installed a moisture barrier underlayment under our beautiful new luxury vinyl. The baseboard miter cuts are precise and clean, most notably on the rounded corners. Just an overall perfect job. Great thanks to Bryan for taking our job, and Juan and Juan for doing a perfect job! Could not be more pleased with how our master bathroom and closet are looking now that the flooring is in!

Floor Coverings International was a great company to work with. I was working on getting a relative’s house ready for sale with a short deadline. Michael Feferman and his crew installed LVT and carpet and, despite some challenges in the floor prep, still met the deadline. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
