I cant express the amount of Communication that FCI Jacksonville had with us to get this flooring installed and priced. I mean one of thr owners comes to you when you are available and will speak with you personally I think that within itself is an incredible feature. The pricing was very fair and affordable. They also had a wide range of material for whatever you were wanting to do with your home. Whether you were renting, selling, or moving in I went from having a very gross orange floor to an incredibly new sand colored floor all within a day (900sq ft.). Christina is friendly and a very professional when she comes to your home and speaks with you. I encourage you all ( if you're looking to get a new floor installed) to atleast reach out to them for a quote. It couldn't hurt.

I wish I could give more than a 5-star review. Cristina was amazing to work with on this first project (and yes, there will be more with them). I had a vision in my head and she was able to help me pull all the various flooring together with spectacular results. It is hard to imagine being able to say "breathtaking" over flooring but I am in love with how it came out. She checked regularly on the install job. Their tile contractor they utilized (Gilson) is extremely detail oriented which helps with the intricacies of the work being done. A great craftsman and super sweet! I highly recommend Cristina and the team at FCI in Jacksonville East. I already have two other projects for them lined up. I've tried to put the pictures in before and after. Steph Dale

We recently moved to the area and needed new floors installed before we could move into our new home. Since we were still living several hours away, we were nervous about making flooring decisions and managing the installation from a distance. From the very beginning, Cristina made the whole experience so much easier for us. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with every decision. We chose our floors based on her recommendations, pictures, and videos, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She really understood what we were looking for and guided us in the right direction. Cristina kept us updated throughout the process, which gave us peace of mind while we were so far away. Cristina personally inspected the installation, and before we even had a chance to see the finished floors ourselves, she had already gone back and fine-tuned a few areas to make sure everything was just right. We genuinely felt like Cristina cared about our home and our experience. We are so grateful to Cristina and her team for making what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. We absolutely love our new floors and would highly recommend Cristina and her team to anyone looking for flooring. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

We replaced some carpeting and the customer service we got from Floor Coverings was wonderful. They were helpful in helping us pick the right carpet and pad. It turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them and I found their prices to be the best in town.

I’m very happy with my new flooring. They did a wonderful job. They replaced 20 year old carpet with new hardwood flooring. Professional and nice to work with.

Great Communication and Great Follow -Thru. The tile I needed to fix an issue in my new house was discontinued, however, they searched until they found some. Both Sean and Christina were on top of every detail and when there was a concern, Sean was there within 30 minutes to help troubleshoot, come up with a plan and then he stayed to oversee and help with execution. Sean came back to check on everything a couple of weeks after move in and even brought a housewarming gift. I highly recommend you call Sean and Christina for your next project.
