Love our flooring and the install experience was great. Carpet is so plus we love the grey. Installers were very friendly and caring of our home. They cleaned up after their job and very friendly. Enjoyed dealing with Matt and Erica. Made sure each of my questions and request were answered quickly. Impressive team!

The consultation with Erica was helpful in picking the right carpet for our home. Alex and his crew did a superb job… not one thing was damaged or scratched in our home and the carpets were installed beautifully. Everything was cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. They are meticulous, very hard workers!

Very professional. I had one week to get my new carpet installed before guests were staying at my home after a water heater accident ruined the upstairs of my house. Max and his team got the carpet installation completed before my guests arrived. I had hard surface floors installed in 2 other rooms on a different day. The installer was outstanding! Both jobs well done!

I am very happy with the new flooring on my enclosed front porch and bathroom. They look beautiful! One little problem with the molding in the bathroom but they came back out at my convenience and fixed it in no time. This is my second time using Floor Coverings international.The first time was in 2020 for my kitchen and enclosed back porch. That's why I called them back this time. They do a great job!

FCI Jax was absolutely outstanding in every regard. Max Markham worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We had a huge project removing tile and carpeting in five rooms and two hallways, repairing foundation concrete, moving heavy furniture, and installing luxury vinyl tile which looks like marble flooring. It was done quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this company. Five stars all the way!

We had an extensive project to remove tile from our foyer, halls, kitchen, and nook plus carpeting from living and dining rooms. Concrete foundation needed repair and leveling in places. Heavy furniture had to be moved several times. New luxury vinyl tile (looks like marble) was installed throughout. New quarter-round trim everywhere. Max Markham made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The work crew was terrific. Everything looks great and we're very happy. Five stars all the way and we strongly recommend FCI Jacksonville to anyone who needs replacement flooring!
