We love, love our new wood flooring, and The team from Floor Covering International could not have made it any easier for us. Our initial meeting with Tracy was great and she was so informative, we could tell immediately that she has been in the flooring business for quite some time and was very knowledgeable. Tracy brought samples to our home so we could actually see what our selection would look like with our furniture And Wall coloring. Mauricio And his team did our installation. The entire process of taking out 1000 ft.² of carpet and laying the wood down only took 2 1/2 days we couldn’t believe it. They were also so clean. They picked up and swept before they left each day. We now have gorgeous wood flooring, and I would Highly recommend Floor Covering International to anyone considering having their floors done.

Just had flooring installed at my primary home after getting them replaced at my second home. Both jobs performed by Floor Coverings International with awesome results. They perform quality work with fantastic floor materials. Highly recommend to anyone looking to install flooring in their home!

I would never use this company as they cannot follow basic civility rules and violates city ordinances to both people to use their services….stay clear and report their illegal behavior to your local jurisdiction….i did!

We were contacted by Becky and given a free quote and decided to go with her company which included removing carpet and moving furniture which was no easy task and are very happy with the and quality of our new floors the workers came to the house when they said they would and completed the job in 3 days

I’ve only waited 23 years for these floors, and I am absolutely thrilled with how they were done. Tracy who came out to display the items, who also followed Up throughout the process was amazing, The guys knew what they were doing and they were also very impressive. I can’t say enough for this company. I was concerned in the beginning before I chose a company, but I’m so glad I went with them. Thank you for your great response. The workers for both the tile and rugs worked efficently and with professional ethics. Problem is there was not enough tile ordered to finish the job. I am still waiting for them to call to finish. I can not give them better than a 4 star for this reason. Otherwise the work is good and the tile and rugs are beautiful and work great with my other tile and rugs. They finally came and finished my tile. It is beautiful and I am very happy with the finished product. I would change to a 4 1/2 star as I am happy, but still a little disappointed with having to wait for more tile, becore the job could be finished.

Traci Price, Design Associate, came over as soon as we contacted them to start the process and provide an estimate for needed repairs. Mike Pitti serviced the call within a few days. Done!!!
