The workers for both the tile and rugs worked efficently and with professional ethics. Problem is there was not enough tile ordered to finish the job. I am still waiting for them to call to finish. I can not give them better than a 4 star for this reason. Otherwise the work is good and the tile and rugs are beautiful and work great with my other tile and rugs. They finally came and finished my tile. It is beautiful and I am very happy with the finished product. I would change to a 4 1/2 star as I am happy, but still a little disappointed with having to wait for more tile, becore the job could be finished.

Becky and Tracy were wonderful. Great service and installation by Dante and Adonis was amazing. Very happy and would highly recommend FCI.
