I am providing this factual update regarding the current judicial standing of the Clearwater location's leadership to ensure continued consumer transparency. Per the Pinellas County Clerk of Court (Case No. 20-002419-CI): Judicial Timeline: Following a Trial Verdict rendered on July 30, 2025, a Final Judgment was signed on November 18, 2025. This obligation, totaling a multiple six-figure liability (including principal, interest, and fees), remains unsatisfied after Day 166 of default. Judicial Non-Compliance: As of January 6, 2026, the record reflects a failure to comply with mandatory judicial orders for post-judgment financial productions, resulting in active motions for Contempt of Court. Foreclosure Status: Pursuant to the Final Judgment, the business assets and rights associated with this territory are currently subject to judicial foreclosure to satisfy the debt.
