Can no recommend this company highly enough!!! Cheapest from 3 quotes, by a long way! Also a small business - bonus! From the measurements to the installation everything was utterly flawless. They even installed the carpet the very next day! Martin and Eddy did our massive master bedroom and wardrobe in 1.5 hours - and I'm BEYOND stoked at how incredible it looks!!! Thank you team awesome 😍😍😍

We booked a job with Aiden, he had a lot of great floor samples to pick from and Aiden really took his time and let us choice the right one. The job was completed a few weeks later. We did our whole downstairs, it included demo of tile and carpet removal. The job was completed in 6 days and they did an excellent job. We are very happy with the final result & would definitely recommend using them for any flooring needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience from Floor Coverings International. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. The installer Serge, was courteous, respectful of my home and the quality of work is superb. My expectations were exceeded and I will certainly be using them again for future projects.

For context, I had gotten a condo back in 2019. A lot of work had to be done after I acquired it, including the floors. The problem I had was half of the condo’s floors used some old wood that I wasn’t a fan of, as well as non existing sub flooring that would make the tenants suite downstairs shake everytime I waked on it. As soon as I met Taylor who measured, inspected the place, he was very thorough on measuring the floors, and giving me a lot of options. Super friendly guy too! When I had floor coverings international replace the floor with a new wood that I’m a fan of, they did a spectacular job on everything. Everytime we found a new problem with the floors, they would come up with a solution on the spot and always run it with me. Annette would always be the one to run it with me and update me on that, and give me some recommendation and advice for long term decisions. Cesar who mostly worked on the floor would always update me on what was happening, would always make our lives easier and was very easy to work with (despite our ac breaking in this terrible heatwave) Again, I am very satisfied with the end result. The new floors feel great walk on and it looks great. My cats love it. Something I would proudly make my guests on bare footed haha. One of the best decisions I made when upgrading the condo. Would work with them again.

The flooring estimate was such a great experience. They showed up on schedule and with samples for us to see the type and color of the flooring in our space. And they gave us the estimate right on the spot after measuring the square footage. Highly recommend!

Had such a positive and seamless experience with them! We loved working with Janie when discussing options for our stairs. She was super attentive and didn’t pressure or rush us to make any decisions. Will definitely contact them again to do our upstairs carpet in the future!

I would highly recommend and we would absolutely use them again. After several bad experiences with other flooring companies, we chose FCI. They were always prompt to respond and provided a competitive price for full basement LVP flooring and carpet on the stairs - this also included leveling. They stayed on budget and on schedule. Everyone was respectful to the property and professional. They did a great installation and cleaned up afterwards. When we have flooring needs in the future, we will certainly use them again.

The experience with Maribel and Christian was seamless and stress free. I was quoted at another place an astronomical amount with no real customer experience. Maribel had scheduled to have it checked out immediately and provided quotes immediately as well. The work was fast, and quality which is hard to come by nowadays!

We didn't originally start our flooring project with Floor Coverings International, but after another contractor left us with a mess, Josh stepped in and completely turned things around. From day one, he was professional, communicative, and incredibly patient as we worked through our indecisiveness. He offered guidance without making us feel pressured, and his attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the process.
