They were very responsive and cooperative. Jim (sales) worked with me to find the tiles I wanted and to get the job done to fit my schedule. Vince (owner) showed up on day 1 to make sure everything was in place for the job. The workers were pleasant and cleaned up nicely. The job was finished on time. I had a couple of issues with some missing grout and caulking that Jim cam back to fix immediately. Overall I was very satisfied and I would recommend them.
