I had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International in Boca Raton from start to finish. Vince, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely communicative, responsive, and on top of the project at all times. Daniel, the job lead, was equally impressive. He communicated throughout the entire installation, paid close attention to the details, and did excellent work. The whole crew was professional, hardworking, and genuinely great to have in our home. They installed engineered hardwood using a glue down installation, and the finished floors look fantastic. Their recommendations on how to approach the job were right on point, the pricing was very competitive, and they worked quickly while also being flexible and accommodating with my schedule. I really can't come up with anything negative to say about the experience. I was extremely impressed with Vince, Daniel, and the entire team. Professional, reliable, skilled, and easy to work with. An all around A+ experience, and I would highly recommend them.

We hired Floor Coverings International Boca Raton to cover our old floor tiles with an excellent hardwood laminate throughout the entire house. Due to our remodeling schedule, we had to split the job into two phases, eight months apart. Jim was an absolute gem to work with, especially given our unique timing and scheduling challenges; he was always highly responsive and quick to address any issues that arose. We appreciated that Vince, the owner, came with his team on the first day of installation to make sure everything was fine. Daniel and the installation crew did an amazing job. We are incredibly happy with the results—our floors look beautiful!

Floor Coverings International was a great supplier and installer of new hardwood floors in three of our bedrooms. The salesperson Jim was very helpful and worked with us to find the right materials. FCI worked around our scheduling time and when the installation day came, we were pleased to find they had provided us a hard working, "get it done" crew who were very polite and cleaned up after their work. We are very pleased with FCI and highly recommend them.

They gave me one price and totally changed it, I wouldn’t have added it on if I said ok, there was miscommunication but just not right. I paid them the amount they wanted but I’ll never go back to them or recommend them to anyone, horrible customer service

This is our second time working with Floor Coverings International. Once again Vince and Jose exceeded our expectations. We got our old carpets out and new flooring installed within a week. Jose does amazing work - we specifically requested he do the work since he was so good on the first project. We stuck with Silent Blue (local manufacturer) for their premium wide plank vinyl. Great product. Vince is so easy to work with. Excellent communication and solid recommendations based on our needs. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

We hired Floor Coverings International Boca Raton to remove the old ceramic floor tiles throughout our apartment and replace them with beautiful hardwood laminate flooring. We are extremely happy with the results! The team was professional, efficient, and very flexible in accommodating us during the project. Having completed many renovation projects over the years, this is the first time we have experienced a renovation delivered both on schedule and within budget.
