"FCI was an absolute God send after I dealt with two flaky companies (one a popular big-box store) when it came to replacing my flooring due to a catastrophic water event inside my home back in January. Michael came to my home with floor samples, took pics and measurements, and all I had to do was choose which flooring I wanted. Isaiah took over the project from there (ordering everything, scheduling the installers, etc.), which is EXACTLY how it should go. And the father-son duo who installed the flooring were friendly, reliable, and professional. It also only took them two days and my floor looks gorgeous!
