We had a great experience working with Floor Coverings International for our tile (Diatile) and Cali Bamboo flooring installation. I sourced and specified all materials myself with fairly tight specs, so execution mattered. I worked directly with the owner, Dave, and he was excellent—patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. As with any project, a few issues came up along the way. What stood out was Dave’s commitment to making things right. He addressed concerns promptly and stayed engaged until everything was resolved to our standards.
