We could not be more pleased with our floors. They did a phenomenal job. Everything went perfect. The workers were pleasant and courteous. They were quick and cleaned everything when they were finished. Floors are beautiful. Their quote was the best and we had 3 companies come out. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my parquet hardwood floors, refinished by Floor Coverings International of Middletown, Delaware. Their design associate, Steve Vance came to my house to discuss my project and explain each step of the process. Their service team arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They were clean, courteous and very professional. I was totally thrilled at the end result and would definitely recommend this company if you are considering any floor work to be done. Great service! Great product, professionally installed. Desiree, the project manager kept me informed during the entire process. The final project looks amazing! Steve, the salesperson was low key, helpful and patient. Was ok with my redesign before the final ordering. No pressure to make up my mind before I got other quotes, saw other company’s products. Not the cheapest offer I had but the one best suited to my taste and budget!! Highly recommend!!!

The selection of flooring options was outstanding—plenty of high-quality choices that made it easy to find the perfect look for my kitchen. Every employee I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made the process smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions and offering helpful advice without any pressure. When it came time for installation, the team showed up and went to work like gangbusters! At one point there were up to four men working, and they completed the entire job in just five hours. Their efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this Floor Coverings International to anyone considering new flooring.
