"Working with FCI (Floor Coverings International) was a wonderful experience. During the initial consultation it was apparent that our flooring and stair tread needs / requirements were well understood. Beth quickly grasped our overall color palette scheme for the basement renovation, and she made salient suggestions and guided us toward some products that met our quality and durability needs and our contractor’s budget allocation for flooring. Recognizing that we might be better served in the long run to consider options a little outside of the initial budget, Beth presented us with a Mohawk product line called Native Ridge, and ultimately we chose that product in Graphite Oak color. The installation team was prompt, respectful, experienced, professional, and efficient. 600 square feet of flooring (including a small amount of floor leveling) plus all stair treads and risers were completed in a day. Our contractor routinely works with FCI, and it is now readily apparent to me why FCI is his choice for projects requiring flooring expertise. There was one small hiccup with a stair tread that was mistakenly cut too short, but I am a firm believer that the true measure of a company is in how it responds when something doesn’t go according to plan, and in this instance FCI responded very well. The installation team fashioned a temporary tread by bonding a scrap piece to the miscut tread, quickly reordered another tread, and had the new tread installed the next week. To summarize, FCI offers quality products, understands customer needs, provides professional installation, and stands behind their work."

"We had a great experience from start to finish with John and his team. They removed our old carpet and installed beautiful vinyl flooring, and the results exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was how carefully they worked around our boxes and furniture, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The transition from the vinyl to the tiled areas was done perfectly, very clean and seamless. They also installed new baseboards around the flooring and painted them to match the space, which gave everything a finished, high-quality look. Overall, an excellent job.
