Fantastic! I cannot recommend Troy and his team more. Troy showed up for the initial appointment on time and with an open mind to help meet our needs and budget. Never trying to upsell us instead provided options and alternatives for our needs. His team showed up on time and did fantastic work. They always left the house the way they found it, cleaning up any and all messes. Troy was there every day to ensure we were happy with the work and to keep us updated on the schedule. Troy and his team are great to work with. Effective communicators and dealt with any issues often doing things for free to ensure they delivered quality work. If you’re thinking about a new floor call Troy! Great work and thank you!

Great job!! Moved and protected 3 rooms of furniture prior to the job. Also did a great job protecting cabinets, light fixtures and appliances prior to sanding and finishing. After the completed job, on time as promised, the furniture was moved back in its original layout. I would highly recommend Troy and his company.

Troy and Floor Coverings International were excellent to work with! We needed to redo our floors in a spare bedroom. We searched around and struggled finding a reliable company to work with until we found Troy and FCI. They were professional, timely and took excellent care of us. We also leaned heavily on their opinion and advice which turned out great (as you can see from photos). We love our new floors, will definitely be using them again, and couldn’t recommend them enough!

The Floor Coverings International Team was exceptional to work with--timely, professional, SUPER responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had very old carpet removed, and I was stressed about moving all of our furniture out in order for the new floors to be put in. Troy assured me not to stress (couldn't have been any kinder) and the install process was seamless! Everything was done within a day and the end product is better than we could have anticipated! Our rooms were instantly changed--they feel more airy, modern, clean and comfortable. We didn't have plans to redo other floors within our house, but now are considering it and will definitely be back with Floor Coverings International :)

After searching extensively for positive reviews for flooring installation, we chose Floor Coverings International and were extremely pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their service. Led by Troy Heidenberg, the company visited our home to provide a consultation. We were able to see how our options would look using AI-generated images of our spaces. The team, comprised of highly qualified, friendly, and respectful staff, provided support throughout the entire process. In the end, thanks to their guidance, we were able to save up to 20% on our initial budget. We highly recommend them.
