Our floors turned into a disaster and needed a lot more things fixed, structurally, then anticipated. Guy handled everything. He got the people that needed to come out and fix everything immediately. They worked with us when we needed to get other things fixed in the process of the floors and came by multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The price was very reasonable and our floors look beautiful. This is a wonderful company with wonderful people working for them. We will use guy for all of our future projects."

"We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International. My husband and I had just bought our first home and we had removed the carpeting in our living room to discover only the plywood subfloor. We had expected that the house would have hardwood floors being that it was older. However, it did not. We had tried hiring someone else to install LVP and they ended up canceling on us the night before installation. At this point is when I found Floor Coverings International, Brett the owner, came out and did an in home estimate. He was amazing and very willing to help us find the best solution for our situation. We were going to need subfloor repair and leveling, he was also willing to work with the flooring we had already purchased. However, we decided to return the previous flooring and purchase Coretec LVP through Brett. He was extremely informative and really made us feel taken care of after having gone through a negative experience with the other flooring person. The installers were also amazing and did a great job. They installed the floors in one day when it originally was supposed to take two. We would definitely go with this company again for any other flooring needs!"
