The Stars of Flooring are at your service

"Floor Coverings International recently installed carpet in my home here in Augusta, Georgia. The two men who did the work -- Travis and Dimazio -- did a great job. They were a good team, working together smoothly and quickly. They were very conscientious and completed the job much faster than I had expected; i.e., within about three hours. Outstanding job! In addition to their quality work, they were good at communicating with me. I don't hear well, and I appreciated their taking the time to explain their process to me. I would again buy carpet from this company without hesitation."

"Jeremy & the team were fantastic! From the quick response and scheduling to the mobile showroom to the ease of ordering, billing, payment, and the quality install. I have zero complaints. They did. A fantastic job & we ordered a specialty cork flooring product for our Master BR Closet. Great all around! Will certainly work with again & refer out as well. Thanks!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beautiful Stair Carpet Installation! I couldn't be happier with how our staircase turned out! From the first consultation with Michael to Ivan for the install, the entire experience was wonderful. The attention to detail, precision, and quality of workmanship were truly impressive. I'm very particular about how things look, especially in our new home, and they made sure everything was done beautifully. The carpet is perfectly aligned, the edges are clean, and the installation looks absolutely seamless. Ivan really took his time to make sure every step looked just right. What impressed me most was their professionalism, patience, and genuine pride in their work. It's not always easy to find someone who cares about the little details as much as you do! Our staircase looks so much more elegant and safe for our toddler. I'm extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality stair carpet installation. This looks even better in-person!!"

"Randy and the Floor Coverings International team did a great job with our home. He found us great products that matched our budget and the installers did a very good job."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend **Floor Coverings International in Amarillo!** Great customer service, professional, and they really care about taking care of their customers. If you're looking to get some flooring done, definitely give them a call. Great people and a great local business to support!"

"We actually just walked in to their location without an appointment but Katie was very accommodating right away. We mentioned what we wanted, new tiles for our cellar stairs that had recently had asbestos tile removed. She showed us several options and was able to get even more samples to us. We picked what we wanted and she scheduled the job very quickly. She not only stayed in contact, she personally came out with the installers for the start of the job. The installers were very professional, asking detailed questions about what we wanted, worked very cleanly, and even did some additional caulking that we didn't even consider. They made sure we were totally satisfied before they cleaned up and left. Everything was done with courteous attention, fair pricing, and meticulous work. This was an excellent experience all around."

"We recently had Floor Coverings International remove the carpet from 5 rooms and install 1,500 square feet of Mohawk Avery Grove LVP flooring, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. Working with their team was an absolute breeze from start to finish. The consultation and estimate process with Neal was straightforward, professional, and transparent. He explained each material and guided us through the decision-making process. When it came time for the installation, the crew arrived as scheduled, very courteous, and treated our home with the utmost respect and care. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. The transition lines are seamless, the flooring is completely level and secure, and the finished product completely transformed our home. As someone who works in construction, I appreciate quality work, professionalism, and doing things the right way—and FCI nailed it across the board. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring upgrades in the Lake Norman area!"

"We replaced flooring throughout our home and we love them! I love how Casey came to our home and talked through all the pros and cons of the options and made suggestions as well. The installers were very courteous and great as well. Thank you to all!"

"We reached out to Ramsey and his team looking for a consultation. Ramsey was extremely flexible and with a quick turnaround, made time for us to meet on a Friday evening. He showed up on time and walked us through a very detail oriented consultation process. He asked us questions about what we were looking for and customized some samples and looks based on our feedback. He was patient with some of our indecisiveness and was truly a professional. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made what could be a stressful process feel much simpler. Thank you!"

"Exceptional service. Katie was the representative who helped me explore options for carpet and vinyl replacement at our home, and she was extremely well versed and familiar with every detail. Highly recommend."

"We had such a good experience with Pat and Floor Coverings International. We had both sets of stairs re-carpeted and Pat showed us all of our options and gave us all information about the different types of carpeting. We were able to choose what option was best for us and Pat placed the order, got us scheduled for installation and everything went smoothly! There was a minor hiccup but it was resolved immediately and our stairs look great! I would recommend Pat and International Floor Coverings to anyone with flooring needs!"
