"I got a call back within 24 hours of submitting a request for an estimate from the owner Glen. He scheduled an appointment within the week. He would have done it the next day but my schedule was the issue. Glen arrived on time and spent a long time with me explaining the different options. He was so patient with a chatty old lady. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions very patiently. He gave me the estimate before he left and the price was very fair. My kitchen floor was linoleum from around 1955 to 1965 with an older linoleum underneath. The house was built 1940. Glen and John did the installation and there aren’t enough adjectives to describe the quality of the work. My kitchen door is a swing door original to the house and removing it to lay the flooring was difficult because of its age and deterioration. It had to be cut down so it would clear the new floor. They got it out and Glen did an amazing job on it. He reinstalled it so the base plate is secure now and it is level a square in the door frame! They were careful, neat and very aware of being safe. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Fantastic job I give it 6 stars for being so exceptional."

"FCI did a Phenomenal job with installing the floors in my home and I cannot recommend them enough. I had very scratched up hardwood floors which they replaced with LVP and now look fantastic! I big plus with FCI is that they have a mobile showroom that they drive up to your house so you can design and review samples right there in your home (vs going to a random floor store and hoping for the best). The installation also went smoothly and was completed quickly. LVP ended up being the best option because besides looking good it's also scratch and water resistant which is best with my large dog. I definitely would recommend them to work on your floors!"
