⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience — Highly Recommend! We could not be happier with our experience with Floor Coverings International West Denver in Golden! They installed luxury vinyl tile in our office and beautiful real hardwood flooring in one of our bedrooms, and the workmanship on both projects was absolutely superior. The crew did an exceptional job from start to finish. They moved some incredibly large and heavy pieces of furniture with great care, were courteous and professional throughout the entire project, and left everything clean and tidy when the work was completed. Their attention to detail really showed in the finished floors. We also greatly appreciated the communication with owner Steve Raney. Steve was responsive, involved, and made sure everything was handled properly and that we were happy with the final result. It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with professionalism, communication, and respect for your home. This company is terrific. First, they arrive at your place with flooring samples. They answer all your questions about the products they offer, ensuring that you'll be satisfied with your choice. Unlike many contractors I've dealt with in the past, they communicate extremely well through email, texts, and phone calls. The work crew was amazing. They completed my laminate bedroom flooring quickly. The installation looks flawless. I highly recommend them.

Steve and his team were great to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and made great suggestions on what he would recommend. He provided multiple quotes based on the different options we were considering. We had our entire first and second floors redone and the work was completed on time and we LOVE it. We could not be happier with our experience with Flooring Covers International! This was actually the second time we have worked with them, and both experiences have been absolutely amazing. The first time, they completed a smaller stair runner project for us, and we were so impressed with the quality of their work that we knew we wanted to work with them again. They absolutely delivered once again! From start to finish, their entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and worked with us to make sure we picked out the perfect tile. He even went to multiple stores with us, offered suggestions, and helped us navigate all of the options. We really, really appreciate the time and effort Steve put into helping us get exactly what we wanted. His patience, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process so much easier. We also want to give a huge thank you to Darrel for helping manage the project from beginning to end. He did an incredible job keeping us in the loop about what was happening, what to expect next, and answering all of our questions along the way. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which gave us so much confidence throughout the project. We always felt informed and knew that someone was paying attention to the details. And of course, the entire demo and installation team deserves a huge shout-out. The quality of their work was amazing! They were professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not be happier with how everything turned out. These guys are quick and responsive before you pay them, so I'll give 2 stars for that, but once you pay them response drops. Got my floors done in January, in early June I asked Steve about the LVP showing gaps. It's been over 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to come look at the gaps that are showing. I got my floors re-done with these guys because the LVP installed by the previous homeowner started coming apart. It's a bit frustrating that I have to send 7 messages over the course of 5 weeks without come look at it or address the issue.
