We could not be happier with our experience with Flooring Covers International! This was actually the second time we have worked with them, and both experiences have been absolutely amazing. The first time, they completed a smaller stair runner project for us, and we were so impressed with the quality of their work that we knew we wanted to work with them again. They absolutely delivered once again! From start to finish, their entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and worked with us to make sure we picked out the perfect tile. He even went to multiple stores with us, offered suggestions, and helped us navigate all of the options. We really, really appreciate the time and effort Steve put into helping us get exactly what we wanted. His patience, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process so much easier. We also want to give a huge thank you to Darrel for helping manage the project from beginning to end. He did an incredible job keeping us in the loop about what was happening, what to expect next, and answering all of our questions along the way. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which gave us so much confidence throughout the project. We always felt informed and knew that someone was paying attention to the details. And of course, the entire demo and installation team deserves a huge shout-out. The quality of their work was amazing! They were professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not be happier with how everything turned out. After having two projects completed by Flooring Covers International, we can confidently say that their quality, professionalism, and customer service are consistently outstanding.

These guys are quick and responsive before you pay them, so I'll give 2 stars for that, but once you pay them response drops. Got my floors done in January, in early June I asked Steve about the LVP showing gaps. It's been over 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to come look at the gaps that are showing. I got my floors re-done with these guys because the LVP installed by the previous homeowner started coming apart. It's a bit frustrating that I have to send 7 messages over the course of 5 weeks without come look at it or address the issue.

Another year has gone by and I have once more called upon FCI to provide me with common area carpeting for one of our office buildings. I could not be more pleased with Steve and his team. Steve patiently educated me on my options, pros, and cons without being pushy, and was very communicative to any questions I asked. I really felt like everyone at this company was working with me rather than seeing me as just another sale. I had some time constraints in my life, and Steve and everyone made sure my floors were beautifully done when I needed. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.
