We recently had Erin and her team refinish our wood floors and update the carpet throughout our house, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, their care and craftsmanship truly stood out. Every detail was handled with precision, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. Beyond the quality of the floors—which look absolutely stunning—the customer service was outstanding. Erin and her team went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were respectful of our home, kept us updated every step of the way, and finished everything right on time. It’s rare these days to find a team that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers, but Erin and her crew did just that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work—you’ll be in the best hands!

Erin was able to get me a full house of new carpet on very short notice. The consultation was easy, and she even came back a second time to show me a better option. The installation only took about a half day for a 3 bed townhome. I will use Erin and her team for any future flooring projects.

Beware of their LVP garentees. Purchased Aqua Guard flooring and was told perfect for kitchen and basement because it has lifetime warrenty. We had a leak that got it wet and the water penitrated through to the vapor barrier causing it to swell in the middle of the room. Called customer service a got a really nasty lady who informed me it isn't covered if it gets wet. So I went here to find a better alternative and the manager told me the only difference between 1.99 sf pergo and Aqua Gaurd is the laminant and the name. The best Home Depot representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Basically read the warrentee if and you will find that anything other than a spilled glass of water is not covered. No leaks or puddles or fridge/dishwasher issues. What a waste of money. No more buying Floor and Decor products as most of their products are not really covered at least HD backs their products.

Quoted me ~$12,500 to replace flooring in the living room and on four flights of 8 stairs each citing most of the cost coming from labor involved with finishing and installing the stairs with engineered hardwood. After demo of the carpeted stairs it was found that the builder grade treads were warped and that if we installed the EHW it would look and perform poorly. I opted to have the stairs rebuilt with hardwood treads by a different company under the understanding that FCI would finish the stairs (sand, fill, stain). After removal of the stairs scope from the original bid I was given a $500 discount even though the labor involved with was no longer a part of the project and the finish work on the installed hardwood treads amounted to half a day of sanding, finishing and filling the nail holes in the stairs with the wrong color wood filler. FCI's sub contractor has just not shown up to the job at least 3-4 days, and the project continues to drag on. Also the bull nose material ordered by FCI do not match the flooring at all. I've been repeatedly fed the answer that it is the recommended product from Shaw and that I am out of luck with no return option or refund or alternative being offered. This company is clearly out of their depth here. If I'd known what a headache this would turn into and how much work time I would have to sacrifice to accommodate late or no-show workers I would have opted to do it myself.

If you have any doubts around picking a flooring company let me put your mind at ease. These guys went out of their way to help with my insurance claim. They also did an amazing job on the floors. Amazing team and great work!

Good communication and options while we shopped for flooring, easy to schedule, great product selection, and professional installation. I'll be using them again.
