I could not be more pleased with Steve and his team. Steve patiently educated me on my options, pros, and cons without being pushy, and was very communicative to any questions I asked. I really felt like everyone at this company was working with me rather than seeing me as just another sale. I had some time constraints in my life, and Steve and everyone made sure my floors were beautifully done when I needed. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Erin and her team were amazing to work with. Not only were they prompt, had the carpet I wanted on hand & installed within 2 days of choosing- they were also extremely competitively priced. The crew did a fantastic job, the quality is amazing. Will only be using them in the future!

Steve and his team were so great from start to finish redoing the flooring in an office in the basement. We had a lot of questions and changed our minds a few times on what we wanted to do, and they were so patient with us. Great customer service. The before and after is amazing - we're planning on using them again for our entire basement once we're ready!

They did an amazing job of working with us through the whole process and selecting the perfect carpet colors and quality. Install was fantastic and done in one day. Couldn't be more pleased with Erin and the whole team.
