Wow! What a great experience! From Bertha, to Alex to Edgar...what a team! I did a lot of research to find a good company to complete our flooring and so glad I came across Bertha's company. Bertha is top tier! She was always in communication and if it wasn't her, then Alex would reach out. Edgar and his colleague installed our beautiful luxury vinyl flooring and they did such a great job! They kept us in the loop and finished in 2 days. I will refer them to anyone that is looking for new flooring!

If you are getting quotes and debating on what floor company to pick, you will not regret choosing Floor Coverings. Bertha and her team are AMAZING!!! I talked to a lot of companies and was feeling very confused on the best way to proceed with our project. Bertha was the only one to really answer our questions. She is so genuine and truly cares. She never made us feel rushed in our decisions and she gave great flooring ideas. Alex and the office staff were super responsive and on top of all schedules and updates. They looped us in on every step of the way. We had a big project (replacing tile, new hardwood, finishing a living room space) and they worked SO hard. If you want a trustworthy, hardworking, honest and caring team for your project-I would always recommend them!!! Truly the best company we have used for a home project!

What an amazing company to work with! I can't say enough about Bertha, Carlos and every other person we dealt with for our job. We have been DIY remodeling for the past 5 months and are getting burned out. Carlos came out to replace the baseboards and when we saw his excellent work we asked for an estimate to replace the bathroom floor which needed to be done before the new tenants move in. He did a beautiful job and was even able to replace the valve on the toilet that was leaking after my husband pulled it out. I feel like I have found a hidden gem! We will definitely be calling them for our next flooring job!

Great experience on every level with our new carpet install. Bertha's helpful recommendations to fit our needs and regular communication were excellent. Detailed installation and process details communicated from Alex were appreciated. Great turnaround with a professional, clean install by the crew. The wrapped stairs with spindles look perfect. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of SW Denver. The service was excellent and timely. Kristin, my rep, and Bertha the owner, were very helpful, and I feel this is why I got exactly what I wanted. The color matched the kitchen floor, and the transition was very well handled by the installer. I am more than pleased. They all went above and beyond!

My designer Kristen was super helpful. We reviewed lots of options and landed on a gorgeous backsplash. The pricing was very fair and the installers did a great job. The work is gorgeous and they communicated well- keeping me updated with next steps. Additionally, they kept the job site very clean. A great experience!
