Their customer service is top notch and their prices are very reasonable! Communication and efficiency were amazing too! I would give them five stars except for the fact that we had to have them come back for a few overlooked details. That being said, our installer scheduled a return trip quickly and was able to resolve our concerns.

Bertha was incredible to work with. She’s very polite and knowledgeable and her team did an excellent job refinishing old hardwoods and install installing additional new ones in our house. She provided advice around design and aesthetic as well, which was very welcomed. We ended up going with an option that she suggested, and we love it.

I had new carpet installed in 3 rooms of my house which was long overdue and it looks amazing! The whole process was pretty quick starting with Burt coming over to go over what I wanted, getting me an estimate and I was so very thankful you guys do installations on Saturdays! Everything got done in a timely manner and Edgar and his crew were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that needs new flooring :)

What a DREAM to work with! Bertha showed up ON TIME and was extremely patient-going back and forth to her van so we could review various samples in our space. She was also incredibly prompt when it came to creating the estimate, getting our project scheduled, and with the coordination of her team. Her team communicated their estimated arrival times and confirmed the day of. They were in our home for and were extremely professional and hard working. I would and WILL use Floor Coverings International again-thank you Bertha, Edgar, and Martin!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! After reaching out to Burt, he came out quickly to take measurements and sent over a very competitive quote—better than the local competitors. The turnaround time from ordering to installation was fast and smooth. Edgar and his crew did an amazing job installing the carpet on my stairs, hallway, and two bedrooms, and had everything completed in just one day. The quality of work was outstanding. Burt was also incredibly helpful, walking me through all the different carpet options and levels so I could make the best choice for my home. The customer service was top-notch, and I’m extremely pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about out our experience getting new flooring in my husband’s office. Bertha, the owner, was so responsive and helpful. She was able to perfectly match our existing floors. Edgar and the team who did the install were incredibly detail-oriented and respectful. The team put a tiny nick in the wall and took the time to patch and paint the area. The floors turned out beautiful. We plan to have this company out again soon to do more flooring work on our staircase and upstairs loft. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I highly recommend this company! We needed to put carpet in a section of the house. Bertha came over with carpet samples. She was very sweet and accommodating, as I can be a bit indecisive. She made suggestions to replace the existing trim and it looks great. The installation guys were very polite, efficient and they did a great job. I have no complaints. Overall it was a great experience.
