We were so happy we found Floor Coverings International. Bertha and her team did an amazing job. The guys were here each morning about 8:00 and did not stop until 5:30 or 6:00. Bertha was so helpful and checked on the progress of our floors and stairs each day. We would rate them a 5 plus.

Bertha, Martin, Edgar and Raul were an absolute dynamite team from start to finish. From my first meeting with Bertha to discuss what my vision was for the flooring of our new home, she was so incredible with taking the extra time and going the extra mile to make sure I loved the floor sample we chose. Everything from ordering the materials, to scheduling the installation, to actual installation day was met with the most professionalism and support! We needed to have carpet runners installed on our hardwood stairs so our two dogs would not slip and fall any more- we contacted Bertha at Floor Coverings in Littleton for a consultation and she was very helpful with her advice and suggestions. We are very pleased with the installation and Edgar and his coworker did a great job with the carpet and the floor in our pantry turned out really nice. We highly recommend this company and really appreciate the fine work they did for us.

Bertha was awesome to work with. Great communication, knew her products well, quick to reply to questions, up front and reasonable pricing. Installers (Edgar and Raul) were friendly and did a great job quickly. They installed new carpet in our basement and our upstairs, with 2 staircases, in two days. I would gladly recommend this company.

Their customer service is top notch and their prices are very reasonable! Communication and efficiency were amazing too! I would give them five stars except for the fact that we had to have them come back for a few overlooked details. That being said, our installer scheduled a return trip quickly and was able to resolve our concerns.
