First-class all the way! From the initial meeting with Bertha to the final touches on our whole mountain home floor project, the process was smooth and flawless. Bertha’s project management skills are exceptional. She is knowledgeable, flexible, invested and she never forgets that she is dealing with human beings and their home. She inspires confidence and conveys a sense of you being number 1. She takes full responsibility for the entire project. Her crew is superior in every way. Our project involved refinishing an existing wood floor – to include matching a new wood floor (identifying the wood, guiding us in picking the stain/finish, removing previous damage to the floor etc.) Thank you, Andree – it is a near perfect match; installing the new wood floor, removing old carpet and installing the new. The prep work was thorough and the attention to detail when laying down the new flooring was impressive. They even came back to complete an additional project. Edgar, Ed and your team of flooring professionals went above and beyond. Your knowledge base and technical expertise are unrivaled; your dedication is exemplary, and your work ethic is commendable. Communication and timeliness by all was perfect. This project was overwhelming for us, but Bertha and her team made sure the process and outcome was what we hoped for and then some. WOW! WOW! WOW! What a great company to work with. The carpet they installed was in our mother in laws suite. When Bertha first brought in the samples - and they offer a TON of options - Her van is a mobile showroom - Incredible, 100s of samples... She explained the options of each carpet. The durability, the warranties, the padding - It was great. Super easy. Once the decision was made they ordered the materials and kept us informed on every step. On installation day Edgar was incredible. He is a beast when it comes to moving furniture, and removing the old carpet, so fast. The install was done before we knew it and the M.I.L. is extremely happy. Thank you so much for the service - you and your crew are AMAZING, and I can't wait to do the rest of the flooring in the house with you. Floor Coverings International of SW Denver will be my only floor covering company from here forward.

Highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects. From the start to the end of our flooring project, working with Bertha and her team was easy and stress-free. Bertha took the time to answer all of our questions, discussed and quoted multiple options through the consultation. Bertha and Martin made sure we were informed throughout the process. Materials arrived quickly and the job was scheduled much sooner than we anticipated, which was great! The installation team, Edgar and Eduardo, took pride in their work and even redid a portion that didn’t meet their expectations. It meant a lot to my family and I to see the team care as much as we did that the project turned out right. We are so happy with our new floors and would highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects.

Great experience. They were flexible with scheduling the estimate and installation. The price was cheaper than other estimates I received, quality of flooring was great and they did a great job installing. The new floors look great. Highly recommend!
