I had these folks come out to the house and give me an estimate on carpet. After she got done measuring with her iPad she put her iPad up on the counter she hit a button and this wheel starts spinning in these green flashing lights and lightning bolts coming off of it and I'm like what is that? She said oh it's calculating your discount I'm sorry I didn't know I was at the freaking circus. Okay so after all the flashing lights stopped it showed me a quote a 100% higher than the next closest one 100% higher! When I question it she said oh yeah we have a lot of labor cost really? Are you hiring? Anyway I think I'll go to my other estimates and go with those people. Flashing green lights lightning bolts seriously that's your gimmick?

The Floor Coverings International team was fantastic too work with. We had a flood in our basement and needed to replace the pad and have the carpet re-laid. They got us on the schedule immediately and took great care of us. The price was very fair and the installers were quick and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your carpet/flooring needs!

We are so happy with our decision to work with Floor Coverings International. They replaced our old mixed flooring with hardwood earlier this year and did a beautiful job. Diego is an excellent craftsman and Justin proactively coordinated and communicated with us at every step of the process. My husband and I had an appt. with Floor Coverings International in South Denver on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. We were emailed a confirmation...on the day of our Appt., the flooring consultant never showed up at our house...no one called us either....30 minutes after our appt. time and no one had shown up or called, we called Floor Coverings International to tell them that our appt. was at 10:30 a.m. and as of 11:00 a.m. no one had shown up or even called us...the lady in the office whom we talked to was very apologetic, although she did not know why no one had shown up...we told her that this was not acceptable and definitely not a good beginning experience...we also told her not to have anyone come to our house for this appt. as there is absolutely no reason whatsoever why someone could not have called us if something had come up with the Consultant and therefore he/she would be late....Floor Coverings International evidently does not show consideration and responsibility toward their customers, who by the way, are spending considerable money for flooring....obviously this company does not care about its' potential customers....not a reputable company for sure...not a company which people would consider doing business with if they had the same experience as we had...if a potential customer had a bad experience at the beginning, it is most probable that there would not be a good ending experience, and therefore, low quality of work and not dependable in every aspect...needless to say, we will never ever recommend Floor Coverings International...if we could give this Company Zero Stars we would, but unfortunately, one has to at least give one star in order to post a review... . I love Jasmine and her team at Floor Coverings International. Jasmine has excellent communication and dialed in follow up skills. The install team was professional and timely. I am a local Realtor and will continue to recommend this business to all of my Denver area clients.

Wanted a Berber-like carpet replacement for my old carpet - did not get it. Carpet arrived dirty and looked even dirtier when you ran you hand over it (and did not appear to be a closed loop carpet at all). Was told I would not get any of the monies already paid back (about $1500). Told them to take the carpet back. Not happy.
