The installation of the LVP itself is good, however, there was a lot of communication issues and no one has still reached out to us a week later to confirm we're happy with everything.

I would be careful to conclude the estimates provided by this company, I recommend getting estimates from few different companies to confirm the install planning . My expericne is :I needed the hardwood floor replaced on my entry way only which still is a decent area , I waited for their response for giving me the estimate for almost 2 weeks with a verbal answer telling me that I have to re-sand and refinish the entire house pre-existing hardwood floor , which does not make sense. I am confused and not confident doing business with this company . thank you ...

Why use these guys? Just easy…super nice, flexible, and they provide a great product for a great price… They came in one day and removed old carpet, allowing me time in between removal and installation to prepare the subfloor and paint the house before a perfect install with a carpet that was perfectly selected with their help! Hard to find contractors that work with your schedule and do what they say they will do.. These guys do it!! Call them if you are in the market for flooring.

Process was very efficient, carpeting was selected at our house, which is easier than bringing floor samples home from a store. Mario and Carlos did an excellent job installing our carpet and they did a professional job aligning the seams. Very pleased.

Great service from the start. Easy to schedule an in home estimate. Suzanne was professional and very fast in her measurements (we shopped around, and the other guys took around an hour and a half to do the same). She brought lots of samples and offered insight into what the final product would look like installed. When it came time for the install the crew was FAST. 2 guys demoed and installed in about 7.5 hours. And the quality of the carpet and the install was top notch. Thank you FCI!!!

Truly a pleasant experience from start to finish with Jazmen and Floor Coverings International. Jazmen took the time to meet, sit and talk with us at the beginning of our project, show us multiple samples, and help us choose a carpet that we would enjoy and met our needs. Competitive priced, but definitely a “get what you pay for” scenario where it’s worth a little extra to get something of great quality and have a great experience.
