Horrible customer service. I asked their representative Peter a simple question about what the price is broken out by labor and materials and he gives me a smart ass response about me trying to save money and I should just do the job myself. Ok, no problem chief. I do not recommend this company for business or customer service. Horrible communication on the company’s part.

I recently purchased carpet through Floor Coverings International, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jazmen, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the perfect style for our home. The installation team, led by Andres, was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. After the install, I noticed one small issue. I reached out to the company, and they had someone out to fix it the very next day—no hassle, no delays. That kind of responsiveness really sets them apart. Great product, great service, and great people. Highly recommend!
