Lainie, Bo and the installation team were incredible from start to finish! They found the exact flooring I wanted to match my current hardwoods. They always showed up on time, explained everything and did a great job on installation. Francisco managed the installation and his team arrived on time and communicated throughout the project. Highly recommend them for all flooring projects! Beautiful work!

Great experience from start to end. The only thing I recommend is that the installers call the customer when they are on the way to the home. The guys that installed my floor did not arrive in a company vehicle and did not have any identification (business cards). They identified themselves by saying they were there for the floor project. In today's world customers will be extra careful as to who they let into their home.

From the moment we met Bo, we were comfortable with him and felt that he wasn't just trying to sell us a new floor. He worked with us to find the right LVP for our space. Project Manager Francisco was friendly, informative, easy to communicate with and answered the questions we had throughout the whole process. The install team was on time, friendly and courteous - we never felt we needed to stay while they worked. They worked very hard, completing the job in 2 days. The floor is beautiful and while we don't anticipate any problems, we know they will back it 100% should something come up. When the time comes to replace our carpet, we will be calling Bo!

Everything was great from beginning to end. Sean brought samples to our home and was very professional and respectful. We chose Floor Coverings Intentional because of the product and because they are a local small business. The installation process was well explained to us and Fransisco and the installation team were very respectful and polite. The installers did a fantastic job and our new floors look great.
