We brought Floor Coverings International in to handle a walk-off mat and carpet installation in the lobby of our coworking space in Westminster, and they knocked it out of the park. Working directly with the owners, Lanie and Bo, made the whole process easy. They understood that we couldn't have our building torn up during the week, so the install team came in early on a Saturday morning and got everything done without impacting a single member. That kind of consideration for your customer's business really stands out. The quality of the installation is top-notch -- the lobby looks sharp and professional. Working with Bo and the team was extremely easy. The selection and quality of the products were very good, and they explained the pros and cons of each for our lifestyle. We found a good option for kids and pets. Francisco oversaw the installation and did an extremely thorough walkthrough with me after installation. Any concerns I had were resolved before the team left. Overall very happy with the service and final product.

I hired them to do my entire upstairs, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms and they did an excellent job. I had them install woodfloors and luxury vinyl. I am so happy with the results! Don’t hesitate to hire these guys for your flooring. The entire process went really quickly starting from purchasing materials all the way to install. They even helped me find a painter who’s going to come in and do touchups around the trim.

Fantastic experience! We really appreciated them traveling to our home to go over samples. It was really convenient to look at them in the context of our rooms. They did an incredible job on install. There was an issue out of their control with the initial install and they were extremely cooperative on coming back to resolve it. We'll be working with them in the future for sure!

Bo and Francisco were awesome to work with from start to finish. They were super professional and really accommodating with my schedule, which made the whole process stress free. The whole team (including the installers) were also very friendly, respectful of my home, and happy to answer questions. The carpet install went incredibly smoothly. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing carpet installed.
