Bo Becker is the General Manager of their local veteran and family-owned business. Having moved with Lainie (the love of his life and cofounder) through multiple Navy and corporate moves, they found that there can be a real shortage of quality options when it comes to home services. Originally from Indiana, he was tempted by the mountains to study in Boulder at the University of Colorado. Lainie and Bo decided together to bring the top-rated in-home flooring company to the Northern Denver Metro, so that customers can have the best quality, value, and service brought to their door. When not working with their team, Bo enjoys activities in the mountains with his family, including snowboarding, fishing, hiking and more. When he isn’t doing one of those, he can be found running the trails in Broomfield or traveling to visit family and friends.

Lainie Becker is the cofounder and drives Operations of their family owned business. Originally from Seattle, she and her family have called the North Denver Metro area home since 2017. Lainie has overseen full residential builds as well as project managed multiple larger scale home improvement projects over the years. As a function of that, Bo and Lainie noticed a clear opportunity in the local flooring industry for best-in-class customer experiences. This led Bo and Lainie to open Floor Coverings International, serving the greater north Denver metro area. When not working with their team to create memorable flooring experiences, Lainie loves spending time with her family skiing, cooking incredible meals, volunteering at their children’s schools, and growing her beautiful garden.
