We had the most wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International! The owner, Rick, brought his mobile showroom to our house. It was so nice to basically have the store brought to us where we could view and compare the products in our home. The entire process was exceptional! We want to give a huge shout out to Sufi who coordinated everything once we placed our order. She went above and beyond coordinating the installs and made sure we knew exactly what to expect along the way. Every company needs someone like Sufi, she’s truly a gem! We also want to thank Manny and his crew, who installed LVP in our bathroom and Juan and Isaac who did our carpet, for being prompt, professional and doing amazing work. Also, we want to mention that they moved all of our furniture for us, it was so nice not having to worry about that added stress!! If you’re looking for the BEST flooring experts, Floor Coverings International is the place to go!

I have not purchased floor coverings from Floor Coverings International but I certainly will when I need it. I contacted them and spoke with Susi, I needed some carpet restretched and even though I hadn’t purchased from them she put me in touch with the carpet installers they use. I contacted the father and son team of Juan and Juan Jr. , they came by the same day of contact, gave me an estimate and actually were able to do it that same day. What a great combo of Floor Coverings International and their installers Juan and Juan Jr. , I can’t thank them enough, I would recommend them to anyone.

Rick and his team were a great resource and did excellent work. It made a real difference seeing the samples in the house, next to the surrounding materials and colors (of the walls, wood floor, lighting, etc.). Great communication and coordination, and excellent customer service. We are very happy and will use again!

A FANTASTIC company to work with!! Rick came to our home with a truck load of carpet samples and his years of expertise. He listened to our preferences & brought in suitable samples to choose from. How easy! That took away the guesswork of selecting the right carpet for the rooms from some random store—the carpet came to us. Selecting a good date for the install was also an easy & pleasant experience. Sufi was upbeat, professional & efficient. The installation team were punctual, polite, hardworking & skilled, guaranteeing a fantastic result. We couldn’t be happier! Two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

We worked with Floor Coverings International on a challenging project with a lot of schedule changes, scope shifts, and a tough client to navigate. It was a chaotic project, but Floor Coverings International handled it well. They took a lot of pressure off our team by remaining steady, flexible, and easy to work with. Rick and Sufi stayed on top of communication and managed project changes with a calm, positive attitude. Sufi's cheerful nature brought a bright, uplifting energy to this challenging project, which was greatly appreciated. The install turned out great, and the flooring part of this build out went smoothly because of how Rick and Sufi handled things. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable flooring partner. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if Google's rating system allowed it!
