Rick’s crews did an excellent job, both carpeting and laminating my home. I value their professionalism, quality of work and its speed of installation. For instance, another contractor told me he would need more than a week to finish that job. Rick’s crews did it in 21/2 days, without sacrificing quality. I’d highly recommend The Floor Coverings International.

We used Floor Coverings International when we put new flooring in our basement a few years ago. We just put our house on the market and reached out to Floor Coverings International to see if our hard wood floors on the main floor could get some rejuvenation. Rick came out within half an hour. He was very friendly, but more importantly was honest. He advised me that my floors were in good condition and to simply buff the floors. HONESTY is greatly appreciated.

Rick and his team went above and beyond for me and my family. They care about doing a good job and doing the right thing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish we would have used this company for the first time we replaced the floors in our new house and we would have saved thousands of dollars.

Floor covers International did not complete the job and when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau the company did not even bother to respond. They were kind and helpful but when the floor covering vendor did not complete the job they did not follow through until the job was finished. They did however take my final payment, I shouldn't have paid them until the job was complete.
