We had a good experience with Rick. He came over right away which really helped because I have difficulty getting around and we needed completion on this job right away. He also got rid of the "noise" by zeroing in on what product we wanted and showed us samples from his mobile "showroom". He was highly professional and personable and knowledgeable. He coordinated with the various vendors needed for install. We did a utility room and bathroom flooring. This required replacing the hot water heater, taking two previous vinyls off of the flooring, taking off and reinstalling molding in both rooms. We chose a luxury vinyl tile. I couldn't figure out the right color and he sent over a link to their computer that allows one to take a picture of the room and then suggest an accurate color match. This was brilliant and helped me to make an informed decision with confidence. The final product looks excellent and is a perfect color match and we are very pleased. I gave 4 stars because I had to follow up on a regular basis to get status updates. In all fairness, Rick had to coordinate with the factory and wait for a reply, but I had to nudge him to get the final word. His crew who did the work was friendly and professional. There were a lot of moving parts in this job such as moving a stacked washer and dryer (about 400 lbs) out of the utility room and back in. I appreciated Rick's expertise and his calm attitude. We would use him again.

Rick’s crews did an excellent job, both carpeting and laminating my home. I value their professionalism, quality of work and its speed of installation. For instance, another contractor told me he would need more than a week to finish that job. Rick’s crews did it in 21/2 days, without sacrificing quality. I’d highly recommend The Floor Coverings International.

We used Floor Coverings International when we put new flooring in our basement a few years ago. We just put our house on the market and reached out to Floor Coverings International to see if our hard wood floors on the main floor could get some rejuvenation. Rick came out within half an hour. He was very friendly, but more importantly was honest. He advised me that my floors were in good condition and to simply buff the floors. HONESTY is greatly appreciated.
